They got me in on the same day to replace a starter in my truck as I was stuck in Portland. They did try and up sale me on things I had just replaced. I did not apriate that. I new what needed to be done. I just had my truck serviced and new breaks put on. The service department said my breaks where at a 1. I declined as this was un true and I knew it. Just wish people would be honest and not try to take advantage of people. But I have to say I was impressed they got me in and out of there quick so I could get back home to Tacoma Washington.

Winton for my scheduled oil change to anti-rotation. I ended up losing a small piece of track on the top of my hood I asked them to take a look at it while I had my car in there they decided I needed to make an appointment for $150 to look at it I thought that was ridiculous I already have my car in there they were looking at it right there

With the new Washington State EV Rebate my wife and I decided to look at leasing a new EV and after looking around at the different models available at the nearby Automall we went with the Blazer EV LT. Travis Zavala was extremely helpful and at no point in the process did I feel stressed or pressured. I would highly recommend to anyone else that is in the market for a new vehicle to consider stopping by and seeing what Alan Webb Chevrolet can do for you.
Will absolutely be returning to do business with them in the future.

Sales people were nice, but they sell their cars for way to much money and give people extremely high interest rates and don't fight for their customers. I will never go back here to buy a car. I am even contemplating not coming there for my service plan I paid for too. Can't even get an appointment because their website is freezing and they always have no appointments.

Your service department is a joke and so unhelpful! I called to try to get my truck in and she kept telling me no appointments for 2 weeks and wouldn’t even look to see if they had a cancellation! Despicable lack of customer service.
Fine for an oil change but first time in my 5 year ownership of my Chevy Silverado that the tire rotation was an extra 30 dollars in addition to the 88+ dollar oil change. Don’t get me wrong, I get inflation but since when is tire rotation not included with an oil change ESPECIALLY at a CHEVY DEALER!

Mike Woods and Alan Webb Chevrolet went above and beyond to get me in a 2022 Buick Enclave. Mike was great to work with and super friendly. Jamie Johnson was helping me with renewing my lease. I had a 22 Bolt EUV that I really liked and was going to order another one. Last Wednesday, Jamie called and gave me the very upsetting info that GM was not going to be making the Bolt in time for my renewal! I really wanted a car the size of the Bolt but quickly came to realize there isn't any other option. So, I started test driving cars from several other dealerships. Because Jamie had been so helpful, my last test drive was with her in an Equinox. While it is still bigger than I wanted, it is a lovely car and was quite surprised by the price.
Jamie was so wonderful in a very stressful situation, and as a single female, I really appreciate working with such a knowledgeable woman.

We came up from Salem for my daughter to buy her first car here. Bob was amazing throughout the entire process and looked out for her each step of the way. We had called before making the trip up and on our way up, another family came in to look at the same car but they made sure we were able to test drive the car first and it ended being exactly what she was looking for. We really appreciate Bob’s help and integrity through the process!

Took my car there July 5th for a window not rolling down the back door not unlocking with the rest of the locks in the back hatch and my AC not blowing out completely cold it is now July 25th I still do not have my car and they said it would be done in another week or so so do not take your vehicle to this place if you expect it back soon save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else
