They were very knowledgeable, they did excellent work, and they were very friendly and willing to talk me through all their discoveries in good detail. If I have a water damage emergency again, they will be the first people I call.

As the result of a roof leak, we had extensive black mold in the ceiling, main support beam, and wall of our garage. A friend recommended AdvantaClean, so I called and scheduled an inspection. Larry came out the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote (we were worried that it would be multiple thousands of dollars.) Cory, the technician who did the actual abatement, was very thorough, even carefully edging around the removed drywall to make future restoration easier. We highly recommend AdvantaClean!

Nobody ever wants to have to deal with water remediation, but AdvantaClean is a great company to work with. I had a pipe leak within my wall that led to water in the wall and flooring of a bathroom and bedroom. They came out quickly for both the estimate and the actual work, performed a very thorough job and did exactly what needed to be done but no more, with no unnecessary padding of expenses. The cost was reasonable, and my technician Cory was a delight - courteous, conscientious, personable, and polite. Highly recommend!!

Just a quick note on Cory, who did our remediation. Having owned several homes, this hasn’t been our first remediation. But what was very welcome, in this situation, was Cory and his approach. His thoroughness and attention to the overall situation of the crawlspace and house, not just the small impacted area, was very much appreciated. He went above and beyond to help ensure we wouldn’t have any future mold issues. Additionally, he was very professional, kind and personable … someone who put my wife and I at ease being in our home. Lastly, his communication and follow-up on what needed to be done and timing was first-rate.

We had water damage to our kitchen and unfortunately had to pay for it out of pocket. AdvantaClean was professional, fast and very reasonably priced! A competitor quoted us almost 4 times as much as they charged.

Highly recommend this company for any mold issues. Jacob L was our technician, and he's incredibly knowledgable and was professional, polite, and on time.Why I'd recommend this company:- Free quote. You literally have nothing to lose. It's good to get multiple quotes.- Check out their website to set up an appointment or to check out their services. The tip I received from friends & family was to make sure to get a technician from a company with a physical address, an up-to-date website, and plenty of good reviews online. AdvantaClean checks off all those boxes.- Quick and easy to set up an appointment. I think I spoke with Shane over the phone, and he was super friendly and got me an appointment a couple days later.- Honest company. I can't emphasize this enough. We didn't know much about mold besides what our home inspector told us. Jacob checked the area of concern with a tool that checks for moisture (mold needs continued moisture to live and grow) and checked behind the water heater to physically check the drywall by hand as well (no warping and surface mold came off with a light scrape). And his recommendation was no drywall removal was needed; just needed some good old hydrogen peroxide to remove the surface bacteria and mold. He recommended a brand IAQ to get higher strength hydrogen peroxide (available on Amazon) than what you find at the local Walgreens.Thank you, Jacob! And thank you AdvantaClean for doing what you do. We have peace of mind knowing that we can count on you if we encounter mold issues in the future.

This company was great to work with. The guys that came to do the work were friendly and respectful. Did a thorough job. Were punctual and effecient. Larry took care of the insurance side quickly. They shared photos easily. I was worried they would try to squeeze as much money out of me since i really had to trust them to know when the job was done. But that didn't happen. Such a great experience with Larry and his team. I was 8 days from due date when we discovered a water damage and mold from a leaking pipe. Larry was in the next day to a provide a fair estimate and as soon as agreed to the estimate, we were scheduling. His team was in and clean up was handled in a amazing professional way.
