While filling out my information for my spot it went really good and the guy working there was so kind. They were very kind for when I was using it and mostly was my trips away from home. I had a flat tire and just a day from leaving my trip. I called them the next day and explained what happened. The lady answered the phone and was kind and understanding of my situation. I just payed for one month of being gone but I coming back again for my next trip this year. Also they live so close to me so that is a PLUS.

Tyler is friendly and courteous. He took the time to ask clarifying questions to make sure we knew how everything worked. He was also patient as this was my first time getting a storage unit and walked me through all the steps.Your company is lucky to have him working for you.

I used Additional storage for about a month. Between leasing a unit and renting a moving truck it was easier than I thought it would be. All the staff members I had interactions with were genuinely kind, respectful and helpful. I’d rate this a 6 if it were possible.
