The new staff tend to be really nosey and think they slick. They will act like they doing something but slowly sneak your unit to see what your doing. . It's like um I'm doing what ever other person is doing. Moving things from my storage. Or maybe I'm moving things into my storage. .Guy came up to me and wanted to say you can't work on that right here.Um hey buddy. I was securing the load on my trailer since I just spent the last 2 hours loading stuff from my storage unit onto the trailer , you watched me do that. Now I'm simply screwing boards in place to secure in.He takes job way to serious. And needs to leave people the hell alone. Been customer for 3 almost 4 years paying 330 a month. And wanna cone at me sideways. Nawww.Other than that. Good place

The manager of this storage place has been following people around (women) and telling them they must close the door of their storage unit while they are inside of it moving things around. Not only did we protest to this, it became an argument with the manager. This “rule” is a safety hazard not only in case of fire, but also in cases of personal safety. This has never been a problem before, but we will not be using this place again.

Nicole is the manager I'm assuming she made the experience very good explained everything to me make sure I knew when I had to be out at the end and when I said I was going to be leaving help me with that process and all that got taken care of the storage unit was very good had no problem or complaint good company I definitely would rent from them again

We have had a storage unit with Additional Self Storage for seven years for my mom’s belongings after the sale of her home. All tHe people we encountered over the years have been friendly and helpful. I advised the office we would be vacating, when the unit was cleared out one more stop by to let them know we were out, lock removed and that was it. Very easy. I would recommend this location if looking for extra storage space.

Great place to store your goods .I've used them three different times over the years and never had a problem .The office staff is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them and would use them again if ever needed.

Best company to keep your belongings at. I will definitely look for Additional SelfStorage . I recently needed space for the extra family things while we staged our home for selling our beloved home. Our home sold and we moved out of state but, kept our belongs there safe & secure while relocating. Staff at both of my recent locations are wonderful, friendly & understanding. Your Best Choice in my book. You can’t go wrong with Vancouver, Wa. Additional Self Storage !!!!!!!
