Brought in an old Sony PVM CRT that I received DOA and wouldn't even power up. Rex fixed it up super quick and at a super great price! I will definitely bring back any CRT tvs I need fixed in the future!

Excellent service! I am so glad I supported this independent business, where our TV was repaired on the spot for a very reasonable fee. The owner is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled repairman, who has passion and pride in his quality workmanship and that repairs keep waste out of landfills longer. When I called, he asked for my TV serial number and checked his parts inventory to be sure he could help, and confirmed he could. He explained the price to look into the problem would be based on the size ($43 for a 43") and the repair (a part in the power control board) in total was about $81. While working on the repair while we watched in his workroom, he explained how newer models are designed to wear out faster, and showed us the components inside our TV and older and newer models, and he showed us how to adjust our user settings to help the LED last longer. By comparison, when I first called Best Buy, I was told it would take a week to have a technician look at it, for $125 plus parts and labor. Ableman's fixed it within the hour for $81. Super nice guy, and I hope he gets a lot of business!

I've worked with Ableman TV for years as an associate in the business and have found them to be quite helpful in resolving many of the issues with modern electronics and service...very fair and honest and what sometimes feels like a thankless business to be in.

The website states in multiple places that this business accepts ANY non-functioning flat screen TV for repair during business hours. But after speaking with the owner about, then loading and hauling a broken plasma TV over 70 miles to the store, was told that he doesn't accept plasma TVs because they are too heavy. Then update the website to reflect that! And maybe mention it when speaking with potential customers. If you have a plasma, to donate or get repaired, take your money and time elsewhere.

I’ve had a JVC 2011 TV with a faulty chip design, otherwise a great tv. The chip went out about 6 years ago and Ablemen fixed it, and it lasted until a few months ago. The faulty chip went out again two months ago, and I had them fix it again. It took less and an hour. Great price and service and better than filling up the landfill. I’d highly recommend them.

Manager/owner always answers the phone in cheerful manner. He listens to you to determine problem. Offers suggestions. Seems to enjoy his work. Very efficient with t.v. repair. Reasonably priced--would rather pay to have t.v. repaired than add to landfill. Worth the drive!

They were able to fix a vintage DVD player when no one else would even try.
