I have money on my 7-Eleven app and that's how I always get gas but apparently inside this store they're not able to take the 7-Eleven wallet as a form of payment. He just said he can't do it doesn't work. Luckily on my way out I found an option in the app to pay at the pump for gas. It would have been nice if the employee had known about this to direct me to that option instead of just dismissing me by acting oblivious and unable to help. Other than that it's one of the nicer cleaner better stocked stores

BIG BIG THANK YOU Shaun “O”…. I recently visited the 7-Eleven store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Shaun “O”. His exceptional customer service truly stood out. From the moment we walked in, Shawn greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly comfortable. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find such dedicated and personable service these days. Shaun professionalism and positive attitude made our visit memorable. Kudos to Shaun for making our experience at 7-Eleven outstanding! Once again BIG BIG THANK YOU Shaun “O”….

Never thought I’d be reviewing a 7-11 but the guys working there today were super sweet. I had baby in stroller, my toddler and my dog with me, it’s a short walk from our house, and the guy working ran from behind the checkout counter to help open the door for me. He even opened my son’s ice cream. It was nice to have that littler but if help offered to me. I didn’t get his theme but Thank you again!

Went ti get gas and had change since its payday and it was 7.00 in quarters and 3.00 in dimes the lazy clerk told me he would only take the quarters and wouldn't take any more charge.. first of all gas is 5.00 a gallon and second when did stores quit taking change .. when the clerk is too lazy to there job and dosent want to count it at the end of the shift... because he was sitting on his but the whole time I was gathering my change up to pay In the first place... guess he has never had to make it till payday.. just less then exspected customer service.. we ask why ai and robots will take over its due to lazy people who refuse to do there job...with clerks working in a customer service job who r we fuse to even treat the customer like they matter infact I will make sure to get my gas and other things I would regularly get every morning here some where else where the service isn't so bad and where people enjoy being at work rather then how it's done here.. sad to see the total lack of people skills.. I'll go elsewhere from now on...

Very surprising sarcastic rudeness just now from an employee who…. shouldn’t be around people. Just an odd odd superiority thing for him I guess.Anyway… walked away from a meal and a tank of gas cuz… god, just an awful experience, just weird!! I mean, i just asked the price of a hot dog ?♂️.

A new owner took over this week and ick is all I can say.Nice, fun and greetful employees were at the counter in the morning, now there’s two men that look like the owners brothers are at the counter and seem unhappy to be there.my coffee tasted smooth and good and now I’m drinking nasty chunks in my coffee.And they keep changing the computer program which is an absolute joke.Some guy in a suit/nicely dress keeps walking around doing stuff, literally in the way of customers and almost knocked coffee out of this lady hand this morning. I’m going to assume this is the owner.All of the machines say out of order now. D**** Now I’ll have to go to the other 7-11 2 miles away from my house and this was just my morning walk away
