I bought two pairs of custom IEMs. The first pair had no high end. So I reluctantly spent hundreds more and l, they were worse! There is so little treble in these l. You definitely need a headphone amp to EQ these to something tolerable. When the plastic lid broke off (again). I realized I'm not going to pay another $99 for another repair. I'm done with these. Lots of wasted money. I should have gone with off the shelf Sure or Senneheiser IEMs. They have both broken numerous times.

Absolutely the best! Stop wasting time looking for the best quality sound IEM or daily headphones. The sound quality is so amazing you will want to go back to your favorites playlist and hear the difference in quality of 64 Audio. I am a big fan of the product and the team that stands behind their product with amazing support!

Had to send my package twice here all the way from Belgium. First one for a refit (My custom IEMS now fit perfectly!), second time for an in-warranty service. One of the ears suddenly stopped working.Throughout all the procedures, the service and communication was extremely good. It's nice to have a company (that's grown big in a short amount of time!) that doesn't slack on customer care, communication and service. You're not dealt with automatic replies, but are helped by a human and cared for like a human. The customer service is also easy to contact and find, unlike many ""monopoly" companies these days.Truly a gem of a company, which I will continue to support. Hopefully one day when I make it big on YT, I can become an affiliate for this lovely company. Thank you guys so much!!!- Johnny

I've had a set of 64's quad driver custom molds for years now, and they have literally changed my life for playing live music. I just can't imagine playing shows now with regular monitor wedges, and having to use ear plugs. The audio fidelity is just amazing, and the noise reduction is so beneficial to my long-term ear health.Also, to note: I had one of my cords stop working on my right side at a gig on a Friday night. I had more gigs coming the following week where I absolutely needed my IEMs. Being local, I drove to their warehouse in Vancouver and they were very nice and helpful and I was able to get a new cord and be on my way to my gig in less than 20 minutes.Great customer service, great product! I can't recommend them enough.

Long waiting time of the order. Worst marketing offer of the product. Ordered a18s 20% off discount with no upgrade cable,after 3 months no any news of my order and promote a new offer about 25% off with upgrade cable. No 64 next time. Just want more order and no more productive forces.

Those guys make incredible sounding IEMs. On top of that they have absolutely stellar customer service/support. I have pair of U12t that I daily-drove for multiple years (easy 6-9 hours a day of not so careful use, skin oil/sweat and all). After all the abuse I've put my U12ts, they still worked great but I've sent them for service for a minor cosmetic issues and to perform a tune-up if anything was out of spec. This was paid repair as manufacturing warranty long expired on my U12ts. To my surprise few days later I've received brand spanking new pair of U12t in still sealed retail box (including all standard accessories that come with new U12)!! Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you 64 Audio!

Drove 2 hours to try out their in ears because who wants to spend that much money without knowing they want it. Was turned away because they only do appointments only. Never said anything about appointments only on their website. Guess I’ll never know if they’re any good.

Love these guys! I sent in my A6s and they remolded them and fixed the armatures. They sound amazing now and the mold fit is pretty spot on. I was skeptical at first about the fit but they are settling in nicely and am pretty happy with them!

I got my 64 Audio U12t repaired through the tier 2 repair and I'm really satisfied with their service. The first unit was unfortunately damaged through shipping, but 64 Audio was willing to take responsibility and expedite their repair service the next time around so I could enjoy my IEM's sooner. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

The products are fantastic! Jared in customer support was a huge help. If I had the power to give that dude a raise, I would. When it comes to high-end IEMs, 64 Audio is the only choice.

Terrible customer service. I’ve attempted to call them multiple times leaving detailed messages with no call backs. Just overall bad service!
