They have a nice athletic club, the have older fitness equipment. The people were very pleasant and they have a number of martial arts classes and cross fit classes.

Owners are starving for cash. A lot of the equipment and machines are broken or do not work. They will find ways to charge every penny out of your wallet just for them to compensate their efforts to stay in business. Do yourself a favor, spread the word and do not go here.

I was tired of having to do sit-ups, jumping-jacks, and push-ups. So I decided to go to the gym to exercise better. And this gym is actually not too bad.

I don't know where to get started with 3six0, they are amazing. Right when i go in the front door I get greeted with "hello, how are you doing today" for some days that's the only time people ask me that all day. When i go into the workout center everything is perfect, they handled COVID amazing. After every Mechine you wipe it down to make sure it's santary. They also have a basketball court which is amazing to play on, it has amazing grip and they have "Cagers basketball" which you can play for. The only bad thing about 3six0 is there is only one.

I like to say: 1st thing you see upon entering is the nice, informative lady at the check-in desk. The facility was very clean, huge area for different training classes, lots of free-weights, useful machines and lots of cardio equipment. 3SIX0 is for everybody! A special thank you too Austin in the jiu jitsu class for our 13 year old grandchild.

Best fitness center I have ever been to. Every one here is so encouraging, helpful, and supportive. Always a friendly face with a smile the minute you walk through the door to the minute you leave. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy their workouts and getting healthy and all fitness levels are welcome.

This place is cleaned randomly and not very often, equipment is old and when it brakes down it takes months to be repaired. I personally requested the owner to get a pad for the squats bar and after two weeks when I enquired again she told me that I was welcomed to bring my own. The place is cheap and you get what you pay for If you like old cheap gyms this is the place to go, if you look for a clean well maintained place go somewhere else

Casey Leonard and Sylvia Berrios are cryo technicians here, and they are the most skilled and attentive providers. I HIGHLY recommend this location for those who have had a past negative experience or those who need to be put at ease during a first session. The cost per session is the best around, but is missing a star because I wish the owners would open a location in Portland!

I love this gym! My only regret is not starting sooner with them! They take all sizes, abilities, and personalities. Just get here already!

The pluses: Lots of equipment. Generous hours of operation. Lots of things going on. Lots of CrossFit if that's what you like. Knowledgeable CrossFit coaches. If you want to do CrossFit this might be the right place. If you're looking for club basketball or club volleyball for the kids they have it. If you want martial arts coaching they have it. If you want a bar area where you can drink beers and eat snacks, they have it. The minuses: If it isn't CrossFit related, it's a low priority at the facility. If you don't do CrossFit YOU are a second tier priority. Extremely old equipment in the open gym area. Dirty equipment and floors. They now serve alcohol and snacks, which isn't what I want around my health and fitness space. Only a few parking spaces. You'll usually have to park on the street, or if it's really busy (risking a tow?) in the shared lot across the street by Starbucks. Between CrossFit, youth Basketball, youth Volleyball, and Martial Arts, this is usually an issue during peak hours. If you don't mind a walk, and crossing your fingers that you don't get towed from a shared lot for other businesses, maybe this isn't a minus for you.
