They have a nice athletic club, the have older fitness equipment. The people were very pleasant and they have a number of martial arts classes and cross fit classes.

I was tired of having to do sit-ups, jumping-jacks, and push-ups. So I decided to go to the gym to exercise better. And this gym is actually not too bad.
