Drove from Kelso to this place on a Saturday afternoon arrived at 12:42 sign says open doors were locked called several times. Nobody answered very disappointed.

Due to an unfortunate situation with the previous tenants Involvement with criminal activity Our new general manager shown in the Google review below Had to exercise due diligence by notifying the local sheriff department of a criminal trespass. Due to the children that were on the premises. This resulted, and this most recent negative review from a disgruntled former tenant. We here at the Atlas auto group Stafford Towing in charge plus apologize as we don’t mean or intend to offend anybody nor disrespect anybody in anyway. We here will always strive to do better for the community or customers and fellow employees, thank you for the review.

The new management is horrible, unprofessional, and offensive. Tippical of the longtime druggie Kyle hired.While purchasing services at the store the new manager began screaming and cussing at my mentally handicapped nefew, who had done nothing wrong, but walk to our vehicle in the parking lot. Yet when I went to speak to the tuff guy about his behavior he calls the police, total puke. The parts are expensive and alot are well worn, so if you absolutely have to get a part there check it over good and be ready to pay alot.. personally I won't ever buy parts there again under the current management, nor will I ever use Kyle Stafford towing....

I highly recommend getting parts from this place. I have called everywhere for parts for several of my vehicles and atlas was the only place that had everything i needed and a few things i didn't know i needed lol. The staff is amazing and the prices were way below anywhere else. It's worth the drive for me from longview. I will be back!!

My buddy and myself messed up in pressing another friends' bearing and brought it in and the main guy working, without hesitation, offered to help us which was really damn cool. Will definitely spread the word around, that this is a great place to come for mechanic related issues I have in the future. Thanks again

Best yard I have ever been to. My car broke down by the yard I called and the guy running the place picked me and my car in about ten min. And has the part to fix it. Awesome place

These guys are a scam selling used parts for the price of new ones and they dont work and then they refuse to refund the broken parts that they are selling on purpose go anywhere else these guys are literally scamming people

Sold me a faulty motor with collapsed lifters. I was told broken parts would be replaced and that, "they would take care of me." After multiple phone calls being sent to voicemail, I can safely say they have horrible customer service. If you buy from these guys, don't be surprised if you get screwed over!

Buyer beware- I placed an order April 10 and received nothing. I called three weeks later, they admitted they never fulfilled the order, then they sent me the wrong part.I called back in, they admitted they sent the wrong part, and said that they would send out the correct one ASAP. It's been over two weeks since then.We're going on 1.5 months since I paid them and I still don't have what I need. They aren't picking up their phone either.
