“I got all 4 new tires, wheels and tire pressure sensors replaced. Their prices were great!!! The staff here are excellent. I was impressed by Junior and the staffs friendliness, efficiency, and professionalism. They kept me updated as to the progress of the work and were very informative about what needed to be done. The work was completed in a timely manner, I will definitely use their services again.”
“I always come to good o tires which was good tires before in parkland. Got my first set of tires here and have always got great service no matter who was behind the counter or in the shop they always go above and beyond from getting new tires to fixing a flat..like today I went in for a flat because a big screw went though it... they not open Sundays so I thought I would go to an other well known name that was open they took one look and said they couldn't fix it.. so waiting till today just incase I had to use my. Warranty and nope they where able to fix it right then. And where also looking for a replacement inside just in case they couldn't. This is why I go here they will get u back on the road as fast as they can and if for some reason they can't that day they will do everything thay can as fast as they can for u. From ordering part online and have it shipped there to running to other location to get the part they you need. Thank you for today's team Chris, Billy, and Cameron you all rock.”

“got my car done in less than 15min. The only reason why I’m giving them a 4 star review. It is because some cars are programmed to keep the wheels on the same spot due to Sensor but the guy put it on the wrong side. Which made my sensor reading inaccurate.but overall it was a good experience and pretty straightforward.”
“Always a pleasant experience there. I went in for an air check and the explained that two of my tires valve caps were seized on and to just pull in and they would fix the issue no questions asked”

While it's a busy location, expect to put aside about 3 hours if you're a walk-in (appointments are available), the staff is always professional and courteous. “Brought my own tires. He didn't have a problem. Installing them. gave me a good price... Next day I find out I had a pinhole in my own tires drove to him and he patched the tires in 5 minutes. No charge.That's how you run a business... You got a new customer :)”
“Always fantastic customer service! Chris and Joe were amazing to work with and took care of my vehicle and gave great communication on the delivery of my tire. Joe did a great job of explaining an issue the manufacturer of my vehicle had with lug nuts and recommended to get replacement ones to fix this problem.
Ryan in the shop worked quickly and had my vehicle ready to go sooner than expected. He also did a fantastic job talking to me about the work that was done and made sure to answer all my questions.”
“I personally love les schwab. They've continued to be customer service oriented and helpful.. although I can say that they kind of did me dirty and I need to address it with the local shop. But I admit some of it was on me as well.
But I will continue to use them for my tire needs”
“I called to schedule for a Saturday appointment which Jeremiah informed me was him making an exception because the shop is extremely busy on that day. I needed an inspection and quote for rear brakes and rotors amongst a couple of other recommended items I received from the dealership. Jeremiah made it easy for me to make a decision to have his shop work on my vehicle. Great customer service, beat the dealership prices and I was back on the road within 3 and a half hours, not only rear brakes and rotors but also front brake pads, rotors, air filter, cabin filter, and brake fluid flush. Thanks again for making the exception scheduling my appointment I was able to get everything I sought out to get done and remained within budget. Be advised, it's impairative to schedule an appointment ahead of time. This is a busy location.”

“This should maybe be a four star review but considering that I did not make an appointment, and used their free air check service, and then they were able to fit doing a patch to my tire into their schedule, well all of that together bumps it up a star.
Great friendly service, nice/(clean!) area to wait, (of course the popcorn). I live in Seattle but when I need tire service I just trust the mid-size town locations more.”
