We love this place and especially our groomer, Earl. He has done such a great job with our pup and we notice she actually leaves having enjoyed her experience with the folks there. We are proud to be VIP members and look forward to many years of thorough grooming. Thanks again!

10 out of 10! This is the best grooming service I’ve had for my fur baby. I’m new to the area and decided to check out this establishment. When I called to check for availability, Earl was super nice. The amazing customer service continued when I arrived with my small dog. Nichole and Earl were very welcoming and good with my baby. I don’t usually have any luck with him getting all 4 paws trimmed (nails), but the groomers were so friendly and gentle that they were able to get the job done with ease. I was in and out in 30mins for a wash and nail trim (record breaking time!). I am more than happy with the service and will definitely be a regular customer. Thanks for the warm welcome to the area!

I've only been here the one time last week, but so glad I did!Nichole took very good care of my little guy.I've only had smooth coat dogs, so grooming on the level that my mini Goldendoodle needs was new to me. I discovered that, much like my own curly hair, finding someone who can skillfully groom a doodle seems to be hit or miss.I've paid waaay too much, and then from some results, far too little.However, I am so happy to report that UP Best Pet Grooming not only charged very reasonable prices, but the cut was great! They looked and smelled clean instead of that moldy wet dog smell. I was cheerfully greeted, and Nichole asked me so many good questions to get the cut just right.When I went to pick him up, he was not at all stressed with his new groomer. Not that he usually is, but he was extra happy, so I know he was treated with care. His cut was cute, and uniform. He smelled great, but not that too strong, overly perfumed scent that some rely on. He was honestly clean, and so very soft.I've already made an appointment for his next grooming, and I'm confident he will continue to enjoy his grooming.Thanks Nichole!!

We've been taking our High Maintenance Dauchshund here for years. Earl and the rest of the staff have always been beyond patient with our dog, and so sweet and caring to us as well. Will always come back to this place, it's always an amazing experience!
