My husband and I brought both our bikes in and we had a great experience with Trek! I was having issues with some of my gears and my husband just wanted a simple tune up on everything. We dropped the bikes off on a Wednesday and they were done a couple days later. We will be coming back and using them again.

Jordan is the man!! Hes helped me multiple times with my ebikes and recently he came out to me in the rain and when I thought I needed new brake pads he just adjusted the bike and said it was fine! I appreciate the honesty! Definitely saves me time and money. Thank you so much!!
