“The worker, the manager, the staff was so nice! They helped me to get an item and look for it in the middle of the night. Had a deal and also gave me good discount. Shipped fast and super protective with the items inside the box, couple of them was double wrapped in a bubble wrapped. Friendliness 10/10, Customer Service 11/10! I went in with the very specific request of a piece that was missing from a set I already owned, and walked out with exactly what I needed. “Beautiful baby/kids store. The staff and owner are super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. When we were looking for a high chair the owner helped us find one and gave us the heads up that it was going on sale in a couple weeks, we weren't in a rush so we waited and scored the deal. “Wonderful local art shop. I went looking for a last-minute Christmas gift for my partner and while they were out of the item I was looking for the staff were very helpful with letting me know how to be contacted when items come in. I was also able to find a .2 graphite mechanical pencil! They have a wide selection of patterned papers, frames upstairs, and lots of cute little charms and surprise knick-knacks to inspire you while you create. When I was leaving it started to rain and I needed to walk in the rain with my uncovered collapsible grocery box and they gave me a rather large plastic bag to cover it in so my goods didn't get soaked. Very nice and considerate ?”

“The store had a great variety of bears and clothing for almost any occasion (Valentine's, anniversary, birthday, graduation, St Patrick's, children's gifts, and more) I was surprised to find they had a good stock of limited time or special edition bears and clothing as well. The staff was extremely friendly and even offered the adults a chance to stuff the animals, rather than just doing it themselves.”
“Although I'm not big on comics, the store itself has a wide variety to choose from. They also have many gifts, posters, and accessories. The store is very well organized and clean. Nice and shiny! I'm no expert on pricing, but they range very differently from very low cost to whoa. The owner was very nice and helpful. He greeted us as we walked through the door. He was always keeping busy by tidying up the place. Definitely worth a look if you're in the area or an avid comic fan.”

“So first off, I’m not one to really leave reviews even with a bad experience….but this has been one of the best in a long time. I will start off by saying I recently got back into gunpla after a 15 year hiatus and some how stumbled across this gem when doing a google search for nearby store (only 15 mins away from home). Decided, why not go check it out and very happy I did. Soon as you walk into the store you instantly know you have come to the right place for all anime/model needs. The gentleman was quick to greet me and explain a bit about the store when telling him it was my first time in. Was more than willing to offer any information on all products and just genuinely cared about my experience at the store. I did end up picking up a couple kits and supplies, but this will definitely be my go to from here on out. Probably be in each week if not more to pick up my kits and look forward to become a regular for this establishment! Really awesome work to everyone involved with this place!! Thank you!!!!”
“I was surprised to actually see a African American section for books in this part of town, I was even more surprised at the level of customer service I received. I'm African American with braids an dress in urban fashion and I'm usually followed when dressed this way in wealthier retail areas, but this store is the complete opposite. Has that small town hospitality vibe every time I enter an I appreciate the patience shown to me an my hyper 7 an 8 year running thru the store . Thank you an merry Christmas”
