The showroom is lovely. We were doing a complete kitchen remodel and our contractor sent us to Studio Home to design the kitchen layout, and to select cabinets, cabinet hardware, and countertops. We gave the designer pretty much free rein to be creative with the new kitchen layout, since we knew that we were ripping out everything down to the studs. We provided manufacturer/model and measurements for all the new appliances. We were a bit disappointed when the new design was almost identical to the existing design, but the layout does work.We ordered MSI quartz countertops, and the measurement and installation subcontractors were excellent! The designer couldn't make the layout work with our first choice of cabinets. The Medallion cabinets we selected arrived later than expected and had significant manufacturing and quality control problems. I do NOT recommend Medallion cabinets.During installation of the cabinets, our contractors discovered that the designer made measurement errors, and did not order all the necessary trim. The cabinets on one side of the kitchen have a couple of inches different head space than the other side of the kitchen. It's not terribly obvious, but it's weird. They also didn't foresee that the cabinet doors would bang into the refrigerator, but that was solved with "hinge limiters" (which are incredibly expense little pieces of plastic). They ordered a standard cutlery tray drawer insert without checking that it wouldn't fit in the custom depth cabinet drawer. One of the lower cabinet drawers' slide rails were wrong, and the designer ordered a complete set of new drawers for everything except the faulty drawer. But the contractor made it work with the parts we had.So the poor quality of the cabinets is not Studio Home's fault, but they still caused problems and delays by their measurement errors and ordering omissions. At the end, we love our new kitchen. The experience with Studio Home could have been a lot better.

Complete lack of experience for design and the Medallion cabinets are worse than HomeDepot off the shelf cabinets. Below is a email I sent after fighting for 3 months to have them resolve this.I have been more than clear that I wasn't happy with the quality of the cabinets or the design layout of this laundry room.I have had dozens of people at my house and they all say the same thing, cabinets too big for the space, poor cabinet construction, poor design layout. I have also had other designers and contractors over for the kitchen remodel, and have a look at the laundry room. Not one designer or contractor had anything positive to say about the laundry room. When I sent you an email in regards to the cabinet quality and the sink issue, your response was short.Cabinets have a 1/8" tolerance from the manufacturerContact the sink manufacturer for warranty. When I had you over to my house to look at everything you said that it looks ok to you and it's a matter of perspective. I am the customer, it's my house and it should be what I want since I have to live with it.The install needed more parts that weren't ordered and in the beginning you wanted me to pay for them. Then you said you would pay for them, $135.00 in parts on a $11,000.00 contract that I am completely unhappy with.I would have expected when you came to my house and admitted that the design could have been better that you would have taken some responsibility and offered to change out the cabinets. When I suggested this, you just stared at me like a deer in headlights. Any mention of fixing this that had to do with costing you money I got this same response. After standing in front of this disaster for 2 hours you only offered to move one cabinet to the other side. I explained to you this would make the entry from both doors in the room even more cramped. You still didn't say anything about the upper cabinets or the poor quality.I came up with the Idea of centering the washer and dryer with a 9" cabinet on each side and eliminating the 24" cabinet.I was appalled when you wouldn't credit me back for not using the 24" and I also had to pay for the additional 9"!!!!! This was your designer's work we were trying to fix, why should I have to pay anything!!!As you know I am also a contractor and I stand behind everything we do. If a customer doesn't like something or ever feels like a product is not to their expectations I go over and above to make the customer happy. Yes, even if it costs me money. Reputation and integrity is everything in business.Being a local contractor for 30 years people are always asking me who I recommend for remodeling projects. It's not just that I can't recommend your company, it's the 2 hour disaster story that I will tell of who not to use.Definitely won't be leaving a good review on Google and all other social media

5 stars isn't enough. I'll start with the basics: 1. Studio Home is a multi-level, one-stop-shop for every major home project you're looking to do; flooring, cabinets, countertops, the accessories that go with them (handles, backsplashes, etc.).

5 stars isn't enough. I'll start with the basics: 1. Studio Home is a multi-level, one-stop-shop for every major home project you're looking to do; flooring, cabinets, countertops, the accessories that go with them (handles, backsplashes, etc.). 2. This is a showroom that houses a very large and diverse selection of manufacturer products. Prices range low to high and are comparable to the local market/other showrooms in the area (as in, like 6, at least.. I've been to all of em'..@_@). 3. They don't carry poor quality items; things you might find at a Wal-Mart or big box store. *A plus* If your budget is more conservative, you're still going to get great products. 4. If you need cabinetry, sky's the limit. Everything is customizable from the size of the cabinets, door design, color, material, paint, stain, inner upgrades like shelving, etc. And if you have a blank canvas or need help designing your space, they will come out, take measurements, and design a custom template(s) for you. Yes, there is a small fee for that -but- if you already have a design in mind or have taken your own measurements, let em' know and you'll probably have the fee waived, provided you have enough 'idea' on paper. :-) OKAY, end of novel 1. Here's why you want to use Studio Home for every and any project you're getting into: 1. The women. Sorry if there are any men working there now, I'm sure you're just as awesome BUT MY GIRLS! Is customer service important to you? Do you want to meet deadlines for your project? Do you want to work with personable, intelligent, and straight-forward individuals? Do you have a budget? Do you not have a budget? Do you want options? Do you need direction? Do you want genuine smiles and a "please let us know if you need anything or have any questions, seriously, we're here to help."? Studio Home was my 4th stop in scoping out places to use for my home remodel. I was impressed with the amount of products they housed but the level of service and expertise Carrie and Kayla showed on my first visit left me feeling relieved that there was a place I might be able to tackle every project on my list while getting help from friendly professionals along the way. Two stops later, I came back to Studio Home and started designing my remodel. Eventually, Cecilia came on board and even though new to the company, she quickly learned my name and my project. I am BEYOND satisfied with Studio Home and the remarkable team that work there. You really cannot go wrong by making them a part of your home.
