“Not long ago I came into the UPS store to drop off my Amazon returns as normal. BHIM is the customer service employee who helped me. I didn’t realize I had some somehow chosen the return option that needed packaging. He helped me in a time when I was in a hurry. I had no time to waste that day. He was great. He made my day. He and all the reps at that location are always so nice and so helpful. The location is by Tacoma Mall on 38th street. They are a special crew.”

Otherwise, it's going to cost you five times or greater to mail a Balikbayan box (no weight restriction) to the Philippine Islands.”

“The staff at the Harbor Hill UPS location in Gig Harbor is very helpful, accommodating, professional, and most of all knowledgeable about all things UPS and package delivery services. I'd like to call specifically with a multiple star assistance, Alex Foster. She not only confirmed all of the correct information for the returns my wife asked me to do for her but she also provided detailed information on shipping time for a package going to my family members for their birthday celebration. She remained calm and collected as I had to navigate through the items my wife passed off to me in a hurry to be processed for returns. Despite some of the items not having the correct barcode information, she allowed me the necessary time between customers to call my wife and work through with her the correct information for the appropriate product returns. Alex embodies elements of customer service from active listening to excellent closure on specific needs that my visit revolved around. All UPS location service personnel were as effective as Alex, I'm sure the UPS stores across the board would be setting records daily. Please ensure someone at the UPS store leadership level that oversees the programming of store like this one get a note to Alex . Their location details are, harbor Hill UPS store, number 6838

“We stopped in the Fedex at 2220 S 37th St Suite 8 in Tacoma (near Costco and REI) to get an expedited passport. Every one of the FedEx staff we encountered was very friendly helpful. At one point in the process, we got stuck. Thao brought us over to her computer and walked us completely through the online process, printed our paperwork, took the pictures, guided us on all that we need to complete the application and then prepared the application for mailing. We received a text in the next hour that our application was picked up and on its way! Thank you Thao! We couldn't have done it with out you!”

“I was a mess when I entered FedEx and was struggling with getting medical paperwork printed for my appointment. Shay stepped in and demonstrated the most wonderful customer service. She helped me read what I couldn't see and did not make me feel stupid for struggling. She was informative and pleasantly knowledgeable of her job, which she displayed as she helped me get the documents printed. “XPO delivered an exercise bike for me. Everything went perfectly. They called 30 minutes out, arrived on time. Moved their truck so it wouldn't obstruct a neighbor. They assembled the bike in the truck so as not to make a mess in my house. Delivery and installation was quick and careful. Team was courteous. Couldn't ask for a better delivery.”
