I had a flat tire that needed urgent replacement, and Shell in University Place off Bridgeport Way came to the rescue. Even though they were closing in 20 minutes, Jim, the technician, went above and beyond to help me out. It's rare to find a business that is willing to take the time before closing to assist customers, but that was not the case here. Jim was incredibly polite, thankful, and genuinely appreciated our business.
What impressed me even more was Jim's attention to detail. He noticed that we needed to replace the lugnuts because the previous owner had installed different ones. This level of care and expertise is what sets Shell apart.
As an added bonus, Shell offers gas pumping service, making the entire experience convenient and efficient. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I will definitely be returning for any vehicle work needed in the future. I highly recommend Shell in University Place for their exceptional service and customer care.

They've always been professional and polite here. It's nice that they pump gas for you. I've never had an issue with getting an oil change for a fair price.

Got an oil change last Thursday.Took a nice walk to grab a coffee and pastry, there's a park across the road to walk around and wait, and shops to visit.Cost was about $57 bucks which is a little higher than if I did it myself but not enough for me to go through the hassle of crawling under my car.

Requiring an attendant is stupid. It's great to have available if someone NEEDS it, but not everyone does and not everyone wants that. It causes unnecessary wait times. I only stopped because I was desperate for gas. Upon leaving I immediately see thst their price is 30 cents higher than the Fred Meyer down the street. What a rip. At least the attendant was nice.

This is a service station that has mini or full service. They will pump the gas for you. I went there also for brake pads and headlight bulb replacement. The owners are passionate about service.

Don't count on getting your fuel points redeemed at this Shell station. I handed my card to the attendant and told him I had a $1.00 per gallon discount coming with Fred Meyer fuel points. He filled up my tank and when he handed me the receipt, I knew he hadn't applied the discount. He claimed I didn't have any fuel points. When I insisted on having another employee type in my rewards number to prove my point, it showed that I did indeed have fuel points. I left feeling cheated. Is this a one time occurrence or a common practice to rip off customers? Either way, the Shell Station in University Place has lost a local customer.
