“Not long ago I came into the UPS store to drop off my Amazon returns as normal. BHIM is the customer service employee who helped me. I didn’t realize I had some somehow chosen the return option that needed packaging. He helped me in a time when I was in a hurry. I had no time to waste that day. He was great. He made my day. He and all the reps at that location are always so nice and so helpful. The location is by Tacoma Mall on 38th street. They are a special crew.”

“The staff at the Harbor Hill UPS location in Gig Harbor is very helpful, accommodating, professional, and most of all knowledgeable about all things UPS and package delivery services. I'd like to call specifically with a multiple star assistance, Alex Foster. She not only confirmed all of the correct information for the returns my wife asked me to do for her but she also provided detailed information on shipping time for a package going to my family members for their birthday celebration. She remained calm and collected as I had to navigate through the items my wife passed off to me in a hurry to be processed for returns. Despite some of the items not having the correct barcode information, she allowed me the necessary time between customers to call my wife and work through with her the correct information for the appropriate product returns. Alex embodies elements of customer service from active listening to excellent closure on specific needs that my visit revolved around. All UPS location service personnel were as effective as Alex, I'm sure the UPS stores across the board would be setting records daily. “Came in for an impromptu notary service. Katherine was VERY busy and had to catch a flight shortly, but she squeezed me in without an appointment. She had numerous interruptions, but multitasked impressively. The rest of the staff was likewise focused. Sense of humor was also evident.”

“It is the holiday season, the busiest time of the year, there’s only one window opened, one staff covering a very long line.I have been to other locations in the past, I’ve never seen only one window open in the holiday season. I hear other staffs working in the back.I feel quite bad for the only one staff working.Such a long long wait”
