My husband needed a necklace/chain repaired and his ring checked and cleaned. TCJ repaired the chain; replacing part of the clasp with a stronger piece-no charge. They are always professional and helpful. I would recommend TCJ!

This place is run by shady people. I came in here last weekend with a gold nugget my mother in law wanted me to sell for her since she was still busy trying to buy fairy statues at the shop next door. I told the lady I was there to sell it for her, and when she asked how much I wanted for it, I told her I had no idea about this stuff...because well I don't know anything about jewelry. I did however tell her that my mother in law was a jeweler at one point, and that she had it appraised at 22 karats, and that she was offered 250+ in Wenatchee a few days before. The short haired gal behind the counter took what I found out later to be a hardly testable sample from the nugget, then told me it was 12 karats and offered 139 bucks, which I declined. Imediately following that, I went to a gold and coin shop in Gig Harbor, where it was confirmed at 22 karats and they gave us double what this shady store was offering. If their jewelry prices are as much of a rip off as what they buy jewelry for, I'd save your time and money and go to a reputable dealer that isn't interested in screwing you over.
