I am totally satisfied with Fircrest Towing! The office promptly answered my call and scheduled my towing within 20 minutes. Rachel was our driver and she is awesome! My car is a classic and needs extra attention, without even asking she let me know she would be very careful with loading the car. When we got to the house Rachel took extra care to safely drop the car into the garage. My experience was far more than I expected! Thanks Rachel ?

We are moving to Hawaii and needed a flatbed tow truck to get the cars loaded onto the container. I was able to connect with Fircrest towing very easily via text, they were always super responsive and were also the cheapest service that I was able to get ahold of. I scheduled the tow truck 24 hrs in advance - Rachel was on time and eased my stress about how we were going to achieve this. We loaded two cars on, was able to do a little bit of bracing in between loading them up and she was out of here in less than an hour. Jason is Very Unprofessional, arrogant and rude. I stopped by his office to see if he was available. His gate was open so I figured he was around. I knocked on his door. He has a car for sale out front of his business sign with a sign that says for sale and has details about the vehicle and it says call or text for all other questions. I sent him a text message to see if I could set up a test drive as I am looking for a car for my 16-year-old daughter. He proceeded to show up at the property in his tow truck comes bailing through the gate at high speeds pulling up to me brandishing a weapon. He starts cussing at me and tells me the Cops are on the way so he recommend we leave.. he was accusing us of trying to rip him off because there are a couple other vehicles there as well which we were looking in the windows of to check mileage to see if they were possibly for sale also. Like I mentioned we had already sent a text so we figured someone would probably respond or show up to the property to possibly let us test drive the vehicle for sale. Since it is a Sunday afternoon with the gate being opened you would think that they are excepting business. With all that being said his actions and his words he was not excepting business and he verbally told me he would not sell me the vehicle he said do we know how many people have robbed him? And the police have done nothing about it so he's going to start taking matters into his own hands and he was going to start shooting people. That probably describes why he brandished a weapon. I have never in my whole life been treated this way by a business owner. I felt so threatened I wouldn't use him for a tow if my life depended on it and I surely would not purchase a vehicle from him neither. So stay clear of Jason Lee and Fircrest Towing he seems to be a ticking time bomb who needs anger management and a lesson on hospitality. That is not how he should treat people of the Fircrest Community!!! This is not the projects. Jason if you were not open for business today maybe you should be at home relaxing and winding down so you're not so wound tight that causes you to act like a firecracker towards a completely innocent female.

Jason, the guy I spoke with was very helpful in getting me a quote. Quick & painless. He also struck a deal with me to make it more affordable, which I absolutely appreciate in these times. He also understood my situation & tried his best to accommodate it. Unfortunately I ended up not going with them because my finances fell through. Otherwise I was ready to say YES right then & there. Go with these guys. I guarentee you won't be disappointed.

Horrible business, driver followed me and tried to fight me after I honked at him because he nearly hit two vehicles and a pedestrian while playing on his cellphone.

This place is nothing but an illegal scam chop shop. They towed my car because they said my tabs were expired, which is no reason to tow even if so but the amazing thing is they werent expired. Absolutely the least professional towing company ive ever used. A jokeService: Car towing
