I'm always hesitant on hiring someone to fix things for me. In this case I had no choice for I had a faulty amp on my active speaker. I'm glad I brought it here. I brought it in and I was helped to get my monster of a speaker out of my truck and inside. Told him what was wrong and had a few great stories to share about audio stuff. I was told 5 weeks was about the return I would get. To my surprise, it was less than half that. I wouldn't hesitate to bring another piece of electronics here for repair. Price was more than fair and the service was top notch in my opinion. Turn around was A+.

Doug came to my home after he asked me to have my tv on the ground without any screws in it so it's cheaper to fix. He also stated on the phone it's $50 an hour. He missed our first appointment didn't even say anything. Then calls me 5 days later and asks if I still need it fixed I said yes. Then he was an hour and a half late showing up. Doesn't even stay an hour and doesn't fix anything and said it's $120 this guy is a scam and doesn't even know what he doing. He had to call another company and describe what was going on with my tv then they told him. SMH! Such dishonest people in the world! I will be posting his picture and info on Craigslist so other people that need help will be aware!

Very dissatisfied with the service and loyalty this company stuck with. Use as a last resort. It is not the kind of customer care that is to be expected these days.
