Have an older house ? They listened an then recommended the best fix for the situation. Knowledgeable, and personable. They work well, and quick, due to the fact they know what there doing. I would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone..

I have been really pleased with Charlie’s Electric, LLC.
My project was large (new electrical panel, rewire and create several sub-panels, replace and install new lighting, wire hot tub & sauna) has dragged on for quite awhile, and Charlie’s team has stuck with me. They’ve been able to schedule me in for the past 2 years as we moved through this. Charlie’s team has always been on time and ready to work. They are always courteous and professional and explain things to me in a way that my non-electrical brain can understand.
I’ve had a few different contractors through this project and I can say that this team - from Charlie, to the crew, to Shayna (office manager, extraordinaire!) - has been the best I’ve worked with.

Sadly, I have been forced to share honest reviews as Charlie has not replied to my multiple requests. His team, Josh especially, was great and shayna tried to help whenever possible, But I paid Charlie over 8,000. I over-paid him and he has refused to return my credit of over 1000. I even offered half cash, half future credit, nothing. Shayna called once to offer 400 in cash, because he got stuck in my driveway during his initial estimate visit. He never asked for that tow fee previously and the tow didn’t cost 700, it would have costed $129-179 on average, but still i have seen no return of my credit dollars with multiple requests. He also promised to come and fix a breaker (he put in all new box and breakers)as it keeps tripping every time the microwave is used. I just want him to do the right thing and return my money and fix the work the items he did. I would think twice before using Charlie or make sure you pay after services have been completed. Shame on you Charlie, you espoused what an honest and forthright person you are and I believed that. ?

Had to have another company come out to fix issues after they drug their feet forever with a repair that shouldn't have been needed. I'm talking it took over a month. Even after they came out and 'fixed' it, it still wasn't working, so I no longer trusted their ability to fix the issue an apprentice should be able to fix.Communication after they got my money was really poor. Cost me almost $1,000 to have another company come fix what they should have not touched to begin with because it wasn't part of the scope of work they were hired to do. Charlie talked as if I had unlimited funds to spend on everything he wanted and kept pushing unnecessary add-ons. He kept trying to get me to spend more money on this and that when one of the most basic needs I think an electrician would notice is the fact that when they installed the panel they installed it with exactly as many circus as the panel had meaning there's no room to add any new circuits. That's pretty dumb. Charlie can also be very friendly to get your business but can be really arrogant and talks too damn much.

Last month I had my aluminum wiring replaced and my old Federal Pacific electrical panel replaced and upgraded. Justin and his team did a great job. Charlie told me they make very few holes in the walls. To my suprise they did not have to make one single hole. I do have a simple rambler but again I was suprised. They did have to reposition a couple of outlets to bring thing's to code but no extra holes. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. They hung up all the new replacement fixtures I bought for no extra charge and even put my new ceiling fan together for me. I will definately call them for any future electrical needs. We are very satisfied with their service. Seth and Justin came and replaced old knob and tube with updated wiring. They finished in 1/2 the time, did not even have to put extra holes in the wall or ceiling like they thought they might need to. They cleaned up behind themselves and it was a very reasonable quote.Services: Electrical outlet & switch repair

I have not had Charlie's Electric do any work at my house, but two of Charlie's employees were working across the street when our trailer came loose from our car. Without hesitation, these two men ran over to help and got our trailer hooked back up so we could be on our way. If this is the kind of employees that Charlie hires then I am all in when I need an electrician. I wish we would have remembered to get their names. They really saved our day, and we are so grateful.

Charlie's Electric especially their people are very helpful, courteous, and honest. They were flexible when it came to the delivery of my hot tub as there were a few delays of the delivery of my hot tub. The job was completed and looks very professional. I highly recommend this company!

I didn’t like the way my Electricial was hooked up on the back of my house next to the back door. It was a cluster of wires from the cable company and the electrical meter was also right next to the door With wires and conduit going to the meter box. I contracted Charlie and his son Seth to come to Re locate my electrical panel, totally re wire my entire house and install the electrical cables below ground to the power pole in the alley. Seth and his dad came in with a bid that was fair and the entire job is flawless... other than a few changes on my part, the whole job went smoothly on their end. I chose Puget sound electric because they are a Local family owned business and both Charlie and son Seth are top notch. Go with anyone else and you won’t get the personal local friendly trust... just corporate prices and sales guys. Thank you Charlie and Seth for a job well done.Services: Earth wire installation

I had this company come do multiple jobs at my house. Alot my electrical is outdated but at this I only wanted to protect it and get it up to code. Initially Charlie gave me 3 options all at affordable prices. We worked out a deal and his crew came and repaired my stuff timely and efficiently. This will be my go electrician for all my work. Charlie's electric was fast, and totally within my budget. I had called several other company's and there cost was out of this world. Charlie's did all the permits and arrangements to replace my main panel. They came on time, worked great and cleaned up afterwards.
