Despite reporting problems to the management, they never get resolved. When negative reviews outnumber positive ones, it's a clear sign for potential residents to think twice before choosing this place. While writing a review may seem simple, it's not. People who leave negative reviews are trying to help you by explaining why you must reconsider this place including me. People are spending their personal time to save many others.Let me highlight a few crucial issues:- The absence of CCTV cameras in the parking lot results in frequent accidents, making it challenging to find parking without paying for designated spaces.- No matter how many concerns I've raised, none of them has been addressed or resolved.- The noise problem between floors is severe, as there is virtually no soundproofing.- The overall management of the apartment does not justify the rental fee, leaving much to be desired. If I were given a chance, like in the movie Interstellar, I would want to save myself.

Don't be fool by look. It looks nice and fancy. But the units have very thin wall and ceiling. You can hear low TV sounds from next doors and every single steps from upstairs. Many cars got broken into as well. Your car is not safe. There are no cameras in the garage.and the worst thing is people at the lease office. They don't listen to you. They are just money collectors like loan sharks. They suck at communication for everything else but the best at charging every dime they could.I smell smoke and weed everyday but no one cares. You pay the premium for the place but what you get is worse than much cheaper places. The worst place you can stay. Look elsewhere.

Don't let the bad reviews discourage you. I almost did, but I came and looked at these apartments two months ago anyway and so far have been very impressed. Management staff have always been polite and helpful. I feel extremely safe here and the security is excellent. You don't go through and doors, elevators without a fob. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. The underground parking is well lit and everyone should know wherever you are shopping, parking your car anywhere " you should not leave valuables in your vehicle as an invite." Most individuals who write bad reviews are in general miserable. Bad news has always traveled faster than good news! I just wanted to give a positive shout out to here because just like you I still read reviews. I am happy I found this place to call home until I buy again.

One of the older lady was great until I met another lady supposedly the manager there. Rude and doesn’t know how to appropriately communicate her social skills in the correct way. Seems like she hates her life. Glad I wasn’t approved for some odd reason, could tell I would’ve been living in hell for a year with that manager there thinking she’s something special, on the other half got approved at village on main on Ruston and there team over there is great treats you like a human and knows how to communicate.

Can’t wait for my lease to be up. Management is beyond description horrible. Every time I run into someone in the hall they’re complaining about all the problems here. I can hear my neighbors sneeze next door. We’ve had several things broken down in the building and have to ask continually for things to be fixed. The ac ports don’t fit appropriately. Much higher prices than neighboring communities. A lot of questionable people hanging out in the garages . We now carry mace in and out. Fire alarms went off for hours with no explanation. The worst of it is the awful customer service here.

Regrettably the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had in my 30 years of renting. Horribly loud from other tenants and street noise, all of management is despicable, apathetic, and indecent (would get better service from a prison guard), rampant crime, including car vandalism, garages are open to the public so most of our cars were smashed in or assigned parking was taken, people smoked in the hallways despite their no smoking policy. Supposed to be small dogs only but saw numerous Pitbulls and Boxers. Move out fees for minor wear and tear was near 800 bucks. My moving van was stolen (and a box of items in the hallway) when I left it parked outside the building. I served my 1 year “prison” sentence here and now I’m exceedingly happy in my new place.

The apartments themselves are nice and in a good location. The main issue that we have with them is the overall lack of security. Bridgeview 125 will advertise parking inside a gated garage, however that could not be further from the truth. The garage is open all day and we have had our car windows broken into 3 different times. In addition, the front desk is not responsive and does not seem to care when the concerns are brought up. It’s one of those apartment complexes that are owned by corporations that clearly don’t care about the tenants. I would definitely avoid living here.

Parking and safety are a HUGE issue here. Every time we walk to the garage the first thing I do is look to see if our car windows are broken. We don’t leave anything in our cars, but they have been broken into on several occasions, even in broad daylight since the apartment leaves the gate wide open during the day. The gate has been broken for weeks on multiple occasions and left open over night so anyone can come in. Not to mention there is an elevator that access the garage from outside that can be used at any time, by anyone. There was even a time when someone who didn’t live here was sleeping in his car in the garage and it felt unsafe to go to my car.As someone with a young child who is sometimes here alone while my husband travels, I do not feel safe in the garage here. The woman in the office has said multiple times that there isn’t anything they can do to help and there is no way to speak directly with management. For the amount we pay to live here, we should be able to talk to someone at the very least.

The apartments themselves are modern & nice. Overpriced for the space for sure but the quiet community & range of shops/restaurants etc make up for it. Management is horrible! The main lady that works the receptionist desk has been rude to my partner & I ever single time we’ve interacted with her. Laughed in my face about my suggestions to help with packages being stolen from the front lobby. Just a horribly rude & poor attitude all around. Treats you as if your concerns are a huge inconvenience to her.Nice to have a parking garage but my car has been broken into twice, doesn’t help that the gate leading to the garage has been open for two straight weeks.

Modern apartments in a convenient location. The location, amenities, and building itself make the place worth it. Management is the biggest downfall.Building: newer build with nice amenities like a spacious gym, hot tub, and 2 patios with grills.Location: great suburb life by Wholefoods, Trader Joe's, Safeway, and UP Town HallRooms: overpriced for the space, but fair by modern market standardsStaff: Maintenance workers and cleaning crew are very friendly and responsive. Front desk rotates so often that it causes communication problems. Management is often unresponsive. Get every conversation or request in writing with names and dates or else they will either feign ignorance or truly have forgotten the issue discussed, from moving in to scheduling maintenance. Unwilling to discuss any issues of larger community importance, to include social events, basic security improvements, or major repair updates and issues beyond what the in-house maintainers can handle.
