Hello, I’m Christel akers and I was helped my the manager Zabrina at the UP store location. I brought in my roters and brake pads to return to her. I thought that I would not be able to return them but she was more than willing to contact other stores to get confirmation on the return and to complete the return for me. I walked in feeling like I was wasting my time and was expecting a no but she surprised me with a yes. She was very understanding and helpful. I will recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I saw this young lady at this Auto Zone and her name is Brianne. In short she is excellent. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very polite and very friendly. She even gave me a lot of information on how to resolve my problem. I am a 74 years old retired NASA and Lockheed engineer. I wish her well in her life.

I purchased an emergency tire inflator and it broke after one use. Took it back and the guy behind the counter was entirely useless... Kept asking me how to work out the refund or credit like he had no clue as to how the company he works for processes these things. Wasted 90 bucks and half an hour only to leave with nothing but shock at their inability to do simple returns or credit.

I was one of two customers in the store with three people working behind the counter. I stood waiting for service for nearly 10 minutes. When an employee finally became available I expressed my concern about their customer service. The mid-20's employee immediately began to educate me why the others could not assist.I responded that they should know to acknowledge the waiting customers. This is the second time at University Place location that the employees here treat you like it is a privilege to spend money there. Get better training or better employees. Maybe I will try this store again in a year. The older gentleman who works evenings is good. The younger employees are lacking.

The parking is a little cramped, but not awful. There are usually spaces available close by. The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The selection is decent for being smaller than a usual autozone. I would suggest this autozone if you live close by.
