6904 27th St W, University Place“Mike Albers is the best independent auto mechanic I've ever dealt with. Whenever I can't repair it myself he's my go to guy. I've recommended him to many other folks including my kids. He's honest and thorough and doesn't charge as much for his service as his competitors, from what I've observed. He hires good mechanics also and his brother Frank runs the office and he's a great guy as well. I've never posted a review on Albers Auto Repair even though I've known about them for at least 30 years. I guess it's about time and I feel guilty about that now.”
“When I realized my Volvo needed an oil change it was only two days before a trip across three states — I should have planned better. I called Dave, explained the situation, and he squeezed the service into his already-full schedule. Maybe not a big deal, but try that at the factory dealer.”

“I see why UP T&A has been around so long. In this relatively small town, your reputation will make or break you. Honestly, they may not be the cheapest, but they are are honest and do things right and proper. They won't jack up your bill to pay their own bills, but they will tell you what you've got going on. It's all on/up to you from there. Marissa is honest and no-nonsense; she tells you like it is. You may not like what she has to tell you if you need a big repair, but you can bank on it being right. We know. We learned the hard way. We got stuck in Pullman and had to have our entire front-end done when a brake caliper stuck, so when UP T&A said we needed it done (again), we thought: "Nah, we had it done not long ago -and we're going to get a new car in winter anyway. It should last until then". Well, IT DIDN'T! They were right. Thankfully, they got us in right away and all is good. We're putting this Crapavan to sleep in the winter and getting a Toyota, but we're absolutely sticking with UP T&A!”
“I recommend these guys to anyone that needs to get their car repaired. They are knowledgeable and helpful and are willing to work with you. I came in with a check engine light and a need to keep my car on the road. They understood that need and worked within my budget to keep me going. Thank you, McCabe's Automotive!”
“Had an issue regarding coil packs and misfiring which in itself is a simple fix, but the fact that within 2 hours of initially contacting them i dropped it off, got a diagnosis, a repair, and driving it home is amazing. Not sure if it was great timing or what, but i've never had a shop fix something for me that fast. To me, the efficiency made the price worth it.”
“So incredibly appreciative of Ethan! He truly made my day helping to resolve a battery emergency for me - and I ended up making it to work on time. Based on this excellent customer service experience, I'd I highly recommend this shop!”
“They always treat us well, give reasonable estimates, and never try to push unnecessary work. As a bonus, they also communicate via text message, so you don't have to play phone tag to get updates about your car!”
