Had an issue regarding coil packs and misfiring which in itself is a simple fix, but the fact that within 2 hours of initially contacting them i dropped it off, got a diagnosis, a repair, and driving it home is amazing. Not sure if it was great timing or what, but i've never had a shop fix something for me that fast. To me, the efficiency made the price worth it.

I’ve used AIR for years. I used to be in the auto body business and we used John and his guys. They do a awesome job! I’ve never had one problem or complaint with them. They worked on my BMW yesterday and again everything was first rate!!!

They don't know foreign cars or have the technology to properly fix them.*edit 1*I asked them to fix 3 things (dome light, trunk shelf, and cig charger). They only fixed the cig charger while also disconnecting my all-terrain controls (in the middle of winter). They charged me $200 for the diagnostic and a fixed fuse. They had the vehicle at their shop from 9am - 5pm. They asked me to return the car to further investigate why the all-terrain controls no longer work. To fix their mistake, I'm having to take the car to the dealer. So my advice is to skip these mechanics and take your car to the dealer or another shop.*edit 2*Oh, I am dishonest? Noted. I brought you EASY fixes and you ruined my controls because you don't know how to repair RANGE ROVERS. That's the truth.

Reached out to AIR Import after taking my luxury SUV to a collision repair shop on S. Tacoma Way (where they caused mechanical damage). The collision center denied responsibility even though the vehicle drove fine when it was dropped off.I called AIR and coordinated with them to get it towed and delivered to the shop. AIR was able to make the repair and get me back on the road.

I made an appointment via phone and provided my information including the issue I was having with my Alfa. I arrived around 9am on the morning of my appointment and there seemed to be no record of me as I was asked all of the same questions and after handing over the keys told I would receive an email or a call. An email was generated during my visit (based on time stamp), however no follow up call or email. Given that the issue was a non-working cooling fan I was expecting to get a call informing me what any needed parts would cost along with estimate to repair. No call, no email. I called at 5pm and was told my car was ready to be picked up and that it would be to difficult to track down parts therefore AIR would not be interested in this repair. While I have had shops turn down work before for various reasons, I have never been charged $165 for a diagnostic. Especially after the issue was already identified and all I was being told is that I have a burned terminal on my cooling fan motor wiring harness. The wiring harness is visible as you raise the hood and look down. It takes less than 1 minute to find this wiring harness and possibly 2 minutes to inspect it. I was told there diagnostic equipment cost 10k and the mechanic needed 45 minutes to find the burnt harness so they rounded up to an hour. Lost 4 days on this repair and $165. Got home and tracked down the parts in under 10 minutes at Alfa Parts Exchange for an extremely reasonable price, 209-365-1383. I'll do it myself.

I was so worried about my car but John did the repair on my transmission. I'm so relieved and couldn't be happier. He is highly skilled and can do the work just like the dealer. Now I have a go to place for repairs only the dealer can do, but John can for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend this place. They do excellent work! Thank you John.
