My husband cut down a branch that was hanging and hauled it away, he was told that he would have to come in the next day to get paid by the manager, when he did she was so rude and refused to pay him.

latasha was extremely rude refused me service even when i had my id, i come into this 711 almost everyday. and purchase the same thing & pretty much all the cashiers know me including her! for a customer that she didn’t not see me with because we happen to be getting the same items… after i waited 7 minutes line by myself. she didn’t see me interact with this customer at all and still refused me service.

Kim and Jesse on 3rd shift are always cool. Great customer service, more lively and accommodating than most folks who might work this type of shift at any other establishment. Such welcoming warmth during the cold Washington witching hours. Switching 7/11’s from here on out :)

I walked in and got a coffee price stated was $2.09 I got charged $2.59, I showed the lady that she over charged me a she said it was not me then pointed to the door and said you need to go, this does not represent good customer service.
