What is the point of using the 7/11 app to earn rewards if the cashier always clicks out of the screen before you can select the option on your own? It’s like they purposely don’t want you to use your rewards. They need to actually let customers redeem their rewards instead of acting like greedy pigs.

If you pay with cash they will intentionally short change you. They do it to me every time I pay cash. Bunch of shady thieves.
