Our TV went out and we had to buy a new one. Needless to say, it was a SMART TV (smarter than us) LOL.With one phone call, they had us up and running. Great customer service!

Have had this company as a provider for internet along with what's called next TV. Had so many issues in the beginning it was tiresome. Believe the kinks are worked out for the most part so that's the reason for 4 stars.

They make Comcast look good. Have been a customer with fiber since 2005. We've had years of issues. Calling customer service is almost always an issue. A lot of the times we have to talk them through the issues telling them what to do. We do not have the speeds they advertise and haven't for well over a decade. Have tried several upgraded routers ($250-$350 price range) to get the best speeds but doesn't help. Illegally throttling customers has been talked about by multiple sources. If internet goes down on a Friday you won't get any service until maybe Monday. Good luck working from home with their service. Had friends lose internet and cable for weeks. Would not recommend if you have any other options. Been told by managers that we do not matter as customers. Including a commercial account was told that. So a total of three different accounts had firsthand experience being told that. So if anyone has a better suggestion for internet, let me know!

Archaic systems. Lousy wifi/internet service. Only positive feedback is nice employees trying to help you with Flintstone style equipment.

One of those sleazy utility companies that will not send a bill for several months so they can charge for late fees. Reminds me of CenturyLink. And the bills have no detail. It takes a phone call to find out what you are paying for. Hard to believe they can get away with this.

Made a call to them yesterday to assist in an audio lag issue when watching YouTubeTV streaming a live broadcast to our smart TV. The technician was very nice and explained that since it was a streaming service the problem couldn't be at their end and was likely between the broadcast company and YouTubeTV. But while we were talking she was running a system test and noticed an RF signal issue and asked if it was ok to send a technician out to investigate the next morning. I was expecting maybe next week or something like that and immediately said yes, we'll be home. About 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time the maintenance technician called and said he was on the way. As soon as he arrived he checked the street-to-house connection & then the connection modem connection. He said the signal want as strong as it should be and suspected an old splice might be failing. A visit to the crawl space resulted in the discovery of the splice which was immediately repaired, but unfortunately, he said that the main line from the street to the house isn't producing signal strength in spec and that it might be going bad. He didn't have the equipment to isolate where the fault is located but they will be back out next week to further investigate. This is great service and I simply had to make a post in order to document our very positive experience. I only gave 4 stars because their work isn't done yet.

Your internet is not in service too often when the power is out. Also there is no communication to your customers.
