“Had a great first time experience! Staff were super friendly and helpful. I needed to find a dress quickly and this was my first stop and walked out with 3 gorgeous flattering dresses and a knit cardigan for less than $100. Given the tag prices, I was expecting a big hit to my wallet when I checked out but they were running sales and clearance deals. The clothing I got were great quality, dresses were lined. I am so glad I tried them out and will be coming for sure.”

“It’s hot topic, I like this, recently went and I just felt the need to comment stating that the staff can be really friendly and nice, it’s a small location sure (it’s Yakima, what do you expect tho right?) but Lex, the staff member who was helping me find some nice clothes, was really helpful and supportive, like in Yakima I’m really afraid to be myself around folks and so just being able to just make side chat while they helped me get clothes was very comforting and I felt really welcomed there, I came out with some cool new pants to.Only complaint, it doesn’t have as much as other locations but…again it’s just Yakima, I’m glad we have one around at the very least, nice atmosphere and friendly staff.”
“Staff are always friendly and welcoming, no one here has ever made my experience a bad one since they are so open to helping but don't push on you like staff from stores such as F21. Always have a large selection and variety of items so you're almost guaranteed to find at least one thing you'll like. One of my favorite stores by far.”

“I had privilege of experiencing the best, most helpful young sales associate, Star, at the Yakima Macy's yesterday. She was exceptional in assisting me by bringing clothing options into the dressing room so I didn't have to try on, get redressed, leave the dressing room, find a different size/style, return to the dressing room to do it all over again. She was absolutely delightful; one of THE BEST experiences I've had at the Yakima Macys in years!! Thank you Star!”
“We went to zoomies it was our sons first time getting a cut with clippers first she accommodated us I thought i had made an appt but come to find out it didn't register she kindly got us in anyways that was amazing? we drove 2 hours for the appt. She was so great with our 1.5 year old he was so comfortable, she does an amazing hair cut my son didn't think twice about trusting her she got right to it and his hair looks amazing.
