The people there are hard working families. They care for their children, grandchildren, and care for their homes. I have been inside many of these homes and they are immaculate. If the outside is bad it's bc the owners have refused or neglected to turn on the irrigation water. They cannot care for the rest of their home if it's just weeds and dirt. Their kids have no choice but to play in the park street. How safe is that?? These families are careful and do the best they can under a multitude of problems. I am amazed at how they are still able to hold their heads up with pride and dignity.

We own one of the properties that lies between the main entry to the park (off Rudkin Road and East Mead). I have to say, all neighbors on E Mead are quite fed up with the level of noise that comes from this park and the land theft attempted by the renters. We have tried to reach out to the owners twice and left a voice message, we never got a reply or even an acknowledgement of the fact that they received our complaints. We've owned our property for 5 years now, first year was quite okay and there was no disturbance coming from the park. Second year the issues started, and every summer the renters got louder and louder. Not only there are noise issues, but the park is absolutely filthy. People never clean up after their pets and leave trash everywhere.Another very serious issue is that the renters started fencing up the back service alley (between our and our neighbor's properties and the limit of the trailer park), with the intent to start gardening the dirt alley between the properties. By doing so, they have successfully blocked all back exits from the industrial properties that the alley serves. Good luck getting any firefighters there, in case of fire. So we have reported this to the City Planning and to the Police. The City planners and the other investors who own properties that have been affected have had long conversations about this park. This park shouldn't be located here, in the industrial area, to begin with. This park is becoming a serious issue, especially since the renters have no standards of basic hygiene or any trace of respect towards the neighbors, are blocking the access to the businesses and are bringing the value of the property down. It's not normal that the police shows up every weekend just to keep the noise level under control. Is this how we want to spend our taxpayer's money??

The kids in our neighborhood (behind the trailer park) can barely get any type of rest due to the noise level in the park. Owners better do something about it.
