Made a complaint about a busted package delivered that ruined everything I was wearing for the day. The call back person seemed like it was an inconvenient issue for her to deal with and couldn't possibly believe any of it. More frustrating than the original issue. If everyone is so unhappy or inconvenienced by the job they chose then they should move on. I didnt make a false or unreasonable complaint...it happened period and to just dismiss the whole issue like it was somehow it was all me?...What ever happened to people acknowledging there was a mistake...sorry will try to do better?

I have video survelliance and am getting really tired of our mail carrier lying and saying road blocked or animal interference when it shows them just driving by. Your employees need to start being honest. Funny how everyone else gets their stuff but us. Thank you.
