“I can't recommend McKenna Motors enough. First, the car buying process was low pressure and smooth. Bob and the owner gave us a fair price and were professional through the entire experience. I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback and the first few weeks were great with the car. Then I noticed a slight shudder when driving, especially at low speeds. We called Bob and he said to bring the car back to the dealership and they would see what was going on. Long story short, Bob and the owner went above and beyond to figure out what was going on, and when they exhausted all paths on their end, they even took the car back to Subaru at their own cost and initiative. They easily could have told me I was out of luck and to deal with the issue on my own (I bought the car as-is) but they went the extra mile to make sure the issue was resolved and the car was safe for me. Throughout the process Bob was very communicative with me about the progress and was honest and transparent at every step. If you are considering buying a car absolutely stop in at McKenna Motors.”

“Really, outstanding car lot. I blew a motor 300 miles from home and got stranded in Yakima. I could have shopped around but I went to the second closest dealership. They heard the situation I was in, dropped everything and got me into a car so I could go home. They didn’t upsell me, though I looked at more pricey cars while I was there. They literally had all the staff working with me to buy my new car. Car is clean, sturdy, kinda sexy and the price was very honest. It drives so well that errands are fun. Upstanding people working there, nice selection of vehicles, very far from your stereotypical car dealership. Warranty upon purchase, btw. The man in charge didn’t just lead a good staff, but was very resourceful. If I get a second car in a few years, I probably will drive all the way back to Union Gap to buy from YakTown Motors again.I really wish I had more time sooner to leave feedback on them. If you live within 100 miles, this is the place to shop for a new used car”
