I will NEVER go back into this U.S. Cellular again. I will be going to the other ones in town. This particular stores morals are gross and disgusting. I have no problem with us cellular but the people at this score disgust me and have screwed me over MULTIPLE times and have the audacity to try and gaslight me. Literally the worst most self centered customer service I’ve ever received. AGAIN and AGAIN. I recommend just going to the one downtown or in West Valley.It is more than CLEAR they only care about their commissions no matter how much that actually hurts the consumer. The even break their own company policies and I will continue to call corporate until the issue there is fixed. If you’re a woman or a young person or non white I’ve noticed they try extra hard to manipulate people. It’s disgusting. The employees are money hungry, greedy, dishonest people.

They say your bill is going to be one price and its way more when you get your bill they add things you dont need and when i got my phone there i got a screen protector they put it on but looks like they didnt have training and they messed it up and only gave a 10 dollar discount on it and i talked to another uscellular retailer and they told me they should'nt have done that and they should have gave me a free one for there errors but Union Gap don't care about there customers they only care about there comission don't go to them take the drive visit a different uscellular retailer.

Got the new apple 7 watch. Called to ask staff if they could verify a few things. Like, does the watch work if my cell phone is off. They had no clue. Told me to go watch some YouTube videos. This is one of the hottest items yet they have had no training to assist customers.

Went in for a charging issue and my Rep was a young gentleman named Samuel. He was fantastic, honest, listening, and helpful. When it's time for an upgrade I'll be looking for him to help me with that. Ask for Samuel. He has your back and best interest in mind. Thank you, Samuel! ?

Unfortunately this is my first 1 star review.I just drove 4 hours to help my 80 year old grandfather deal with this company after my grandma passed away.I have never dealt with a more unorganized, dishonest, disrespectful company in my life. I'm more than sure these employees work on commission and they remind me of money hungry robots.My grandfather was lied to (in front of me) and I tried to clarify what I just heard and not only was my grandpa, but I was told that I should pay attention better to what he was saying. (My grandparents signed up and had free phones) 2 years later, and $2000+ later, we were told we should pay attention better because it all depends on who we get for customer service if they will honor what they say or not. I was shocked. Never again. Just switched grandpa to Verizon and the day couldn't be better!
