Worst Sally's in town. The entire crew is rude, never once met a nice person. No one wanted to help me out and when I asked about a product they didn't know anything about their products. I understand why they are short staffed. I wouldn't want to work with them either.

I would give it a 0 star because they used my points when i said No to using my point and i wanted to save them and clearly heard me. and they put in a whole different number when i gave them a specific one.

I buy from Sally's everytime, but drive all the way to the 40th location to do business. The union gap location if full of rude, unknowledgeable workers. They aren't professional, and aren't helpful. Stock usually isn't good either. Last time I was there, someone was stealing in the color isle and the girls upfront were talking drama. No matter how many times I go, bad experience.

Every time I go to this store a certain employee (the one with winged makeup) is rude, confrontational, refuses to do her job and not helpful or a good representative for your company. Will be shopping online from now on! The last straw today. This location went from amazing employees who were knowledgeable to racist mean rude women to need to learn to wear less makeup. We spend at least $2000 a year at your stores learn to treat people better!

Worst customer service ever. Was charged incorrectly. Wasn't even trying to get them to refund me. I even stated I dont need it changed but just wanted to let you know. Just wanted to let them know the price in the computer was higher than the price on the shelves. Even if there was good reason for it, I would have been fine but the girl with the red and black hair with double lower lip piercings was rude and dismissive as if me trying to make sure someone else doesn't come along upset about it was an inconvenience to her. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to provide service. ?

Nice and quiet, good selection of solid products, employees are chill and overall just a nice experience. Kinda like a more lowkey version of Ulta.

Called 4 times, nobody says anything I got put on a hold once then hung up on. I know it's not closed so I don't understand why I keep getting hung up on after calling 4 times. Smh Ridiculous!!!

Went to Sally’s today 9/21 was just going in to get bleach, toner and hair dye. When we couldn’t find the toner we had a young lady come help us, she picked out the toner and told us how to use it. We got home, immediately started doing our hair and when it came time to tone it. We did, but now our hair is grey. Looking at the box we found out it wasn’t toner at all, it was PERMANENT liquid hair dye!!! If you have a customer ask for help for the love of GODS make sure you know what you are selling them.
