You want to buy, I made one purchase about ten years ago, and was geibing a clean title and registration, but therwas a frame damage record on the carfox report and its banned in mexico, I been in a nightmare for the reason, I had to return home from the border, ruined my vacation., please don’t let this happen to you.

I can't recommend McKenna Motors enough. First, the car buying process was low pressure and smooth. Bob and the owner gave us a fair price and were professional through the entire experience. I bought a 2015 Subaru Outback and the first few weeks were great with the car. Then I noticed a slight shudder when driving, especially at low speeds. We called Bob and he said to bring the car back to the dealership and they would see what was going on. Long story short, Bob and the owner went above and beyond to figure out what was going on, and when they exhausted all paths on their end, they even took the car back to Subaru at their own cost and initiative. They easily could have told me I was out of luck and to deal with the issue on my own (I bought the car as-is) but they went the extra mile to make sure the issue was resolved and the car was safe for me. Throughout the process Bob was very communicative with me about the progress and was honest and transparent at every step. If you are considering buying a car absolutely stop in at McKenna Motors.

The salesman came out behaving like his was willing to work with you. But when it came to wheeling and dealing part he was very unyielding. "His way or the highway". I drove 90 miles to his dealership. Not very happy.

We were looking for a nice minivan. We wanted something with low miles and in good condition. They found us exactly what we wanted and sold it to us for a fair price. There was never any pressure and the whole purchase experience was pleasant. I highly recommend McKenna Motors to anyone looking for a quality car or truck.

One of the best places to buy a vehicle. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They take the time to listen to what your looking for, and answer any questions you may have. My husband and I have bought 10 vehicles from here over the years for ourselves and our kids. Never had an issue with any of them.

Having completed numerous car deals over the last 15 years I have to say this has been the most unprofessional, misleading and unprepared experience I have ever been a part of. Coming in from out of town I pretty much worked my deal over the phone with one caveat, if my trade is not what I said it was (dents, scratches, etc) could affect my trade in that was already quoted and agreed upon. When arriving and checking out the truck I was there to purchase I found the AC wasn’t working properly and pointed this out. I was told “some vehicles it takes time for it to kick in”. As previously stated above this isn’t my first rodeo. I took the truck for a test drive and wanted to buy it but wanted to be assured the AC would be repaired first. I was told they would “look” at it. I again asked does that mean you will fix it and was told that would be up to the boss. I asked to speak with the boss and was then told they would fix it but depending on the cost of the repair this could change the numbers of our deal. Which again was already agreed upon before I came up. After a short discussion I was told they would repair the AC and get back to me on Monday (2 days later) after Monday came and went it tried to contact the dealership on Tuesday to see if they had any new information on the repairs and was told it was repaired but was given the runaround and told they said I told them I didn’t want the truck. Come to find out their is now a pending deal on the truck (hopefully the potential buyer verified the AC repair first) This dealership has apparently been around for 21 years and I’ve never seen a business that didn’t like a ready, willing and able buyer with cash in hand. This is obviously my first dealings with them and can say it was a complete disaster!! I hope it was just mine and others don’t have the same experience!

I work at an automotive shop. I am a certified auto tech with years of experience. That said, I have been shopping a car upgrade for quite a while knowing my family was in need of one, but, it had to be to my expectations. I've known for years from word of mouth and vehicles I have serviced at times, McKenna motors only deals in quality and reliability. The staff is fantastic. I've spoke with Bob who helped us different times over the years about cars I was interested in randomly. Glad to finally seal a deal with him. Call of the purchase process was quick and smooth. Great inventory of vehicles. Looking for a car? Stop here first.
