If you buy Jewlery from here and pay for the warranty just know if you DO NOT take your Jewlery in EVERY 6 months so they can inspect it , it’s not covered and you won’t get reimbursed for the extra cost of the warranty. What a scam and what a worse scam is this Jewlery was purchased in 2023 and a diamond fell out already. I missed my 2nd 6 month checkup by 8 wks and my warranty was denied because of it. EIGHT WEEKS .. not 8 yrs .. 8 weeks.. the associate working says “ you can pay for it yourself “ why? When it’s your fault for selling cheap junk and then ripping people off for the warranty. NEVER AGAIN will I purchase mall Jewlery. Do yourself a favor and save up and buy from a more reputable establishment.

Most of the jewelry I’ve bought my wife has come from Kay. Having most from the same place makes keeping track of cleaned, and taken care of a breeze. Kay in Union Gap mall is great. The staff there are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly understanding. They don’t try to upsell me or change my mind, they just inform me and help me understand the differences in the pieces. This shop should be proud of themselves.

Victoria at the Union Gap Mall location in WA went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase would be here by Christmas. I did not expect such great service but am very grateful since I am just out of surgery for full knee replacement and struggle with mobility. I would recommend Kay to anyone and especially Victoria.

I went back 3 times to get my ring sized. The first time Riley helped me and she was Fantastic. I then decided I wanted it on a different finger and needed it resized again. Riley wasn't working so someone else helped me. They made me feel like I was putting them out and rushing me to go help someone elseto make a sale. When I returned to pick it up, it had been sized to small. I was resized by yet another staff member and she wasn't very helpful or nice either. When I went to pick it up for the third time Riley was working. She was very helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with the sizing of my ring. I was very happy and even happier since she was the one helping me. When you shop here ask for Riley, she is Awesome!! She's the only reason I gave 5 stars!!! Thank you Riley!!

As with any Jewel store, this is a pretty pricey place and the prices don't really justify the jewelry that they sell. Then again, I think something like jewelry is overpriced and pretty useless for any practical purposes.With that said, I have had to buy some things here over the years, and the shopping experience has been too notch. With the prices being as expensive as they are, the customer service is also top notch. I have always had every sales representative with whom I have interacted be polite and quite helpful for me, in helping me find the right items for my needs. The availability of the jewelry is satisfactory, and the plans offered for the jewelry is pretty comprehensive and surprisingly fairly priced

Dealing with Kay has truly been the worst experience purchasing a higher dollar item I have ever had. From 12 years ago buying my wife’s wedding and engagement rings and being given the wrong price and needing to return to pay more to now they have managed to lose her ring(they blame fedex) while shipping it to repair a loose stone. Some how they have managed to make a bad situation very much worse in attempting to try to get a replacement. We have been into the store two times, had sales associates show us rings and left thinking we had a new ring they just needed to complete the paperwork only to be called and told the rings we were shown were not a even value and would need to look again. We have been lied to, been given incorrect information and still no new ring for my wife. I can say that the manager Stephanie has tried to help but higher up’s who will not talk to us are definitely not concerned about making this right just the bottom dollar. The reviews and ratings of Kay speak for what you should expect and most aren’t good.
