I love CostCo.I hate the membership employees who can't understand the basic definition of NO.And I hate the employees who were repeatedly rude to us in check out while trying to fix an issue with payment instead of just informing us of the issue.

Been using this pharmacy since 2012 (5 Stars)I've never had a problem getting my medications or the Special Order meds and OTC I need. The COSTCO on-line and/or App reordered system is great. You can get what you need, and check the status of your refills very easily.

Had a prescription sent in last Tuesday and was informed that they didn't have enough to completely fill. Was told that they would order it and have it ready the next day. I called the next day and was informed that the meds were not in and could only be given a 10 day supply to cover the over seas trip I was going on and could get the rest upon my return. I picked up my partially filled prescription and paid my $60 copay. Upon returning from my trip I called to inquire about the remaining prescription and was told it would be ready later that day. When I got to the store, I was told I would have to pay another $60 to get the remaining medication form the partially full prescription from before. They proceeded to explain that it was essentially a whole new prescription and that I would have to talk to Andrew on Monday with any concerns. My concern is this...I had 1 prescription for my medication not 2. My doctor didn't give me a prescription for 10 pills one time and another prescription for 20 another time. Taking a single prescription and splitting into 2 "separate" prescriptions is called insurance fraud. You can't legally bill a single prescription twice. Costco pharmacy standards are no better s better than other pharmacies looking to make a profit anyway they can.

I love most of the people who work here, but there is one woman who is very unfriendly at the front counter.

We usually visit Costco once or twice a month. Before the holidays we were in there every two weeks or so. The first time we visited before the holidays in November I noticed that employees were handling everyone's groceries during the pandemic meaning they would unload your cart for you and then for the guy behind you and for the guy behind him and him and him without washing their hands. Not acceptable during the Covid pandemic. When I got to the checkout the gentleman started grabbing things out of my cart and I said "no thank you I've got this". I then brought it to the attention of the customer service counter that I did not appreciate them handling all my stuff after they've handled numerous other peoples things without washing their hands. They seemed bothered. The next time I went to Costco the same exact thing happened. I was so frustrated that I called the department of health. The department of health said that they would send an inspector out to see what was going on. Then low and behold the beginning of January Costco had over 56 employees come down with Covid! Big surprise! And to top it off the newspaper reported that the department of health said they were going by all necessary guidelines. Total BS!

I know I don't have to tell any of you this, but Costco is Amazing !!!! I was exhausted after work, but needed a few things from Costco, I grabbed what I needed and a bunch of stuff I didn't I couldn't seem to find my pretzels with peanut butter in the middle , after finally giving up I went to check out. Of course they asked me if I found everything I needed at the cash register, so I asked them about my pretzels. I kid you not, this young man ran through the store to find my pretzels, he even tried once, came back and when another amazing Costco employee told him they where way in the back by the chips he ran to get them for me. The whole time I felt bad for holding up the line and not once did they give up until they found what I needed. Like where do they find these people ?? I absolutely Love them almost as much as I love my Pretzels with peanut butter in the middle I believe his name was Ezekiel

Today I went to Costco, me and my sister both have Costco accounts we decided to share carts. Since there is no rule to get our own carts! While I went to the restroom this employee, short guy goes directly to my sister and takes out my paper!!!. He did not ASK! Just took item out so disrespectful and aggressive towards her. Costco employees like this need a talking! Please don't be rude, ask questions before you act!!!

My husband and I went into Costco to apply for the credit card program that they provide there. We had the most excellent customer service we have ever received by Sean and Robert! They took their time explaining things to us, and even helped us with picking out the right appliances for our home. They both seemed like hard working people that care about their jobs. Thank you for caring about your customers and making them feel like a priority! Plus I like that we got a free hotdog/soda AND a purse with signing up for the Costco credit card!!!

Usually I love this Costco. It's been one of my favorite places to shop for years. I have always been impressed with their products and employees. However, today I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mary Lee in customer service. I was with a couple members of my family and went up to the booth to ask a question. She was rude, condescending, and made all of us feel like we were being talked down to. I left feeling like I was an inconvenience to her. I was so flustered and upset by her tone and behavior that I felt like I couldn't manage any words to stand up for myself, but because of how she treated me, I am reluctant to shop there again and I will certainly avoid dealing with her. I know Costco prides themselves on excellent customer service and normally it shows, so Mary Lee's attitude really caught me off guard.

I have never been a Costco fan though my husband is which is why we still have a membership. You have to show your card going in, show your card at check out, and then show your receipt upon leaving. It feels like they are desperately looking for shoplifters. And if they have a product you truly like, it isn't in the store long before they remove it completely. That can be anything from a favorite snack item to a kitchen appliance. Parking is also an issue, especially for those like myself who are handicapped. The spaces are sometimes taken by those who are not handicapped, and it is worse on really busy days. I would rather shop elsewhere, where there is ample parking, less crowds and I don't have to feel like the Gestapo is breathing down my neck.

We eat too much charcuterie now. We also stock up on Cheese and have too much rice. The tritip never seems like a good deal though, sad.
