I have been shopping at buckle for years. Spending premium price because of the life time warranty. That is until it is time for them to honor the warranty then it’s 30 days. The manager said it was 30 day. I will not be purchasing anything from this store ever again. Very poor customer service if they had made a attempt to come up with any type of a solution. They would kept this customer. He told me he had been the manager for 6 years yet he did not even know where the buttons were to fix one of the 2 pairs of jeans I needed fixed. Total waste of money.

I love the Buckle . I gpt 2 purses there that I love . My friend got 1 and she carries It every where with her . I also got some Jean Capri's that I like . I am going back to get these Bling Jeans that I absolutley Love . They cost $170.00 , but I don't CARE . I LOVE THEM !!!

Nice place to go if you're looking to spend money on quality clothing thick jeans and quality made sweaters and shirts. I learned that if a button falls off or a stitch rips on your clothing you take it back with the receipt and they'll replace it. I soon will find out if that is true
