“All I did was save a package that Amazon left outside her store when she was clearly closed. There were protests downtown that day and thousands of people walking past. So I picked up her package and called her and let her know I had it and would bring it to her when she opened. She was so very kind and gave me a gift card which I immediately spent because her store is the best in Olympia!! Thanks you!! I love your store and will be back! Sydney you're a unique gem!”

“Great sales and beautiful colors especially right now because it's spring. Even had some great clearance prices on winter clothes. I always buy the panty sale 5 for $35. Polite and friendly staff who greeted me at the door and asked how they could help and explained sales to me.”
“Lily's is fabulous. Helpful and non-intrusive service. The circle skirts made by the owner are top quality. The pieces by other brands/makers are obviously carefully selected for quality and comfort, and are made to last many years. Be sure to ask about returns policies if you have any doubts. Many small boutiques cannot afford to offer returns. The changing rooms are spacious and private, so you can make sure you're getting the fit you want.”

“I went in for jeans and I dread Jean shopping and every worker there was AMAZING. they asked what I wanted and needed and asked where I work. Then they went around like wild women and found 3 pairs for me to try and when I came out in them they told me to hold out the stomach area and told me I needed smaller jeans. Ran back around for the smaller sizes and came back with shoes they said would be cute for work. I got all 3 pairs of jeans and those shoes.
I honestly can’t wait to go back again!

“Just stopped in to see what was new and always find something different. Sales ladies were very polite and helpful and of course found some new things to buy. They also have some great clearance buys and have some shoes in store for people who have wide feet. If you're looking for sizes from 10/12 and up go check them out and if you have any questions just talk to the Wonderful ladies who work there.”

I had the pleasure of dealing with Thomas, and I went to get a new pair of work boots with a discounted voucher from my work. Turns out that voucher didn't work with Danner boots, but he gave me a discount anyway. Great customer service day in and day out. “four stars only because I've never had, nor do I think often exists, a five star hit topic. regardless, this is a pretty good hot topic, ive been in a lot of hot topics, and this is among the cleanest and best organized. ample sale section, and the clothes are divided by aesthetics: green and earthly, pink and frills, black and red mall goth, and more traditional emo clothes. their attempts to stop people from stealing are still failing, marked by how many missing earrings you'll see in the accessories, but that doesn't impact my shopping experience. staff are nice, selection is good.tl;dr: one of the better hot topics.”

“A friend of mine got me a beaded bracelet with charms and I'm in love. I've been in the store before but never really found anything that I really thought I needed to have. I love looking at all the different stuff they have though and I'm giving 5 stars because of the bracelet and the price. They're so reasonable and the bracelet is being worn daily and it's exceptionally well made. Love it!!!!”
“I want to give A big shoutout to Ethan and Jasmine, who helped me review footage and did their best to help me track down the kids that violently assaulted my father outside the mall yesterday. They were both kind and patient with me during a time of heightened emotions, and have been an even bigger help than OPD at this point in time. I hope their manager/supervisor makes sure both Ethan and Jasmine get the proper recognition and kudos. They did not have to help me, but still did and for that I’m eternally grateful.”
“I'm an older woman who needs casual business attire. I often shop Macys and Penneys because I thought there wasn't much else out there. I'm tired of large stores where I get NO HELP.I went in to Chicos this morning and, after about an hour and a half had seven outfits from mixing and matching pants with shirts and tanks underneath. All their closthes can be interchanged. The lady who helped me was bar none the best salesperson I've ever had! She hooked me up with accessories and put together outfits for me to try on. Their pants look amazing on me and I'm overweight so have to be careful what I wear.If you haven't experienced Chicos yet, you need to try it out! For me it was a breath of fresh air!”

“Stopped by here today I use to go here all the time with my mom. They have everything decorated nicely and still have a sale section with a lot of variety. I will be stopping by here again when I'm in the area. The staff was very friendly and Mary was very helpful.”
