I was there to send a money with western union around 8 :40 pm April 30th.
After I did kiosk and i went to cashier to finish my session.
When I asked to a lady who were there like "I'd like to send a money" ,she said " send a money what ? " with angry face.
How come you told me like that?
That's what you learn from walgreens?
You should be nice to every customer.
You are supposed to be nice.
You think I am Asian ,so you don't want to be nice to Asian.
Are you racist?.
I am a regular shopper at walgreens for more than 20 years.
But I don't want to go at tumwater walgreens anymore.
This is the worst experience I've ever had.

Every time I go there it is an entire ordeal just to get my prescriptions filled. They say it is ready and I go there and it’s not there (multiple times). They said they don’t any doses of my meds over the phone then I went in an hour later and they said they did actually. They have not had my medication for months, it’s always on back order, and they say it will be in for certain in X date, and then I call in and it’s not there. They have no remorse either, and instead of apologizing they are just rude and belligerent in general. They treat me like I have no right to perform a simple task like getting a medication refilled and treat me badly every time I go there. They also hold up the line for long periods of time every time I am next in line.
I would give zero stars if I could.

My PMP wrote a prescription to be filled here on 1/26, it was supposed to filled the next day. Never got a call or notification it was filled. I called a week later asking about the status, I was told they could not fill it and I’d have to call around to see who could fill it. No call or notification? Don’t waste your time.

I know many of the low star reviews are for the pharmacy, but I don’t use their pharmacy and wanted to show my appreciation for the photo team!!!I’ve used them several times, especially around the holidays, and they are very nice and helpful even with the long lines of impatient people. One staff member even helped me cancel my order when I accidentally ordered over 100 copies of a photo when I meant to order just a few! They all rock and I appreciate their help in capturing and preserving life’s greatest memories.

After twice having my Canadian passport photos taken by their photo department, they were rejected by the Canadian passport office for a variety of reasons. I now have to have them retaken by an experienced professional, and resent (another $50+) back to Canada. I would not recommend this service!

I called from a doctors office to get a patients meds refilled. The pharmacy tech was probably the rudest person i have ever spoken with. Kept putting me on hold for ever and ever. Finally she picked up and said the pharmacist would not be able to speak with me today and to try again tomorrow. Just flat out rude.

Pharmacy drive through was so ? unhappy to see us. Rx not ready. " We will text you. " Never got a text. Went inside to pick up. It was ready. We were treated like the most annoying people in the planet. Convenience is not worth the treatment.

Your pharmacy staff is horrible! If you are not going to get customers seen on time for their pre-scheduled appointments, you shouldn’t be allowing on-line scheduling! The person administering shots, Carolee, yelled at me for attempting to turn in the required paperwork. Mya, completed our “check-in” and didn’t speak to us at all. Our appointments were at 5:15, we were here to check-in 10 minutes prior to our appointments. While we waited, people checking in after us, were taken back before us. Someone with a 5:45 appointment, arrived and checked in after us, and was taken back before us. Finally got called back at 5:45!

Canceled my vaccination 10 hrs before it was to happen because they overbooked their schedule. Must think they are an airline or something vs providing life saving vaccines. I'm going to Safeway.

09/16/23. Perhaps the rudest encounter I’ve ever experienced from a “ customer service rep”. I’m a 56 yr old who came into Tumwater Walgreens to receive a small Western Union”. After asking several questions to woman who was obviously upset I was bothering her she advised me to go to Walmart or “ some other place”. How do they pay such people to work for them??????
