Today, I had to mail a large package and to return several items to Amazon. I had flagged and pinned the return codes on my email account but they didn't show on the mobile account. Thankfully, I was helped by a young clerk named Elaine and she was so patient, kind, professional, and awesome! She guided me through using the Amazon app, which I never use and we were able to find the return codes. As an elder who'd forgotten her glasses, I so appreciated her helping me through the payment process as well. Elaine is a real credit to UPS and to this store.

I have had 10 packages sent to my house and UPS has attempted to deliver them. My address is a legitimate address and still they cannot deliver. I try to not have UPS deliver any package because they waste time, gas, and energy using a different mapping system than other delivery companies. Literally, Amazon, FedEx, USPS can deliver with zero issue but the one company that has an issue is UPS. I have also spent hours of my time trying to make sure this can be corrected but the customer service section says that everything is fine and next time this will not be an issue.

Janet was incredible!!!! I can’t remember the last time a store associate has been so intentional about helping me. She noticed I was struggling to choose a box over in the corner, so she spoke up and asked if I needed help. And then she went above and beyond to find the right box and packing materials for me. She was also very personable and made me feel comfortable and seen. In the past I had a really bad experience at a packaging/shipping store (I can’t remember if it was FedEx or UPS) and so I typically feel nervous and overwhelmed at those types of stores, but Janet restored my faith and confidence. She’s also great at multitasking and helping her colleagues as needed without ignoring/delaying the customer she is actively helping. I will be going to this location for all of my future shipping needs solely because of Janet. Thank you Janet!!!!

We walked into this location today to return an item from Amazon and the whole store smelled badly of weed. No need to inform the owner cause from the name tag on one of the employees shirt saying she was the owner, she was there and had to have already known. As someone who has health issues with my lungs, I absolutely do not feel comfortable coming into a place and breathing that in.

Why refuse to let people make their own copies when your staff doesn't even know how to operate the copiers? They don't even write down your request so you have to repeat yourself multiple times just to get some copies made, and then get snarky comments from the staff that is doing nothing when you show your frustration in having to repeat yourself so many times. Just a frustrating experience that made no sense as to why it was even happening. Maybe more training is needed in this location.

They are very discriminative here on how you mail stuff. They will refuse service and ask you to leave the store unless you pay them to return your Amazon return that is supposed to be free

Fast friendly service even when they are busy, in and out within 5 min, I did have my package ready tho. Kind and courteous employees! A+ from me

Its really sad every time I come to this place the employees are like sad robots they don't greet you or welcome you or tell you to have a good day back when you tell them first. If you don't like your job or boss just leave your obviously miserable working here.
To the owner you do not strive to have the best customer service seems you also need to do better being a leader of a business.

I went in there today and I’m not very good at the whole return process on my phone I had Max help me who was above, and beyond so kind and helpful smile on his face so sweet as he was helping me, do the return, almost finished my phone died, instead of getting frustrated or annoyed with me he went above and beyond once again, charged my phone for me, and made sure that the whole process was smooth and easy. I will be coming back here he was truly so awesome these days it’s hard to get great customer service, but I can say without a doubt I had excellent customer service with Max

This location was the only one open on a Sunday, so I went here to send some packages I’ve been meaning to send. Remarkably average UPS shipping experience. Customer service wasn’t bad but certainly not the best compared to other UPS Store’s I’ve used. The shipping labels were created and checked in a few minutes and I was on my way. Overall, it’s ok, but not the greatest by any means.
