Had to stop using this location due to multiple missing DHL packages. One package dropped off here on 27Nov23 the other 4Dec2023. Ive opened an investigation through DHL but unfortunately DHL states they scan the packages on pickup which means the package went missing from the time I dropped it off at tumwater pack&ship and before the DHL driver arrived. Unfortunately pack&ship has no security cameras or at least thats what we were told when we asked to view footage.

I needed to ship a package on New Year's day and knowing most shipping stores are closed on holidays, I made sure to check this place's website to confirm the hours. It said they were open and the hours were listed. I drove for a long time and when I arrived, the place was closed. I wouldn't trust someone who can't even keep date & time to deliver my packages.

This was the WORST experience ever! I went in to get our car title notarized. My husband is acrive duty Army and over seas. I have Power of Attorney, plus special power of attorney. The woman who notarizes treated me like a criminal. I was told she would not not honor my Power of Attorney and did not even bother to look at my paperwork. She proceeded to tell me to take my business elsewhere as she was not "comfortable" with whatever it was I was trying to do. I asked her to please tell me what the point was of my having poa while my spouse is overseas if she wasn't going to honor it and told her she needed to look up the laws concerning poa. I left upset and embarrassed. I went to the Ups store where they were much more proffessional and understood poa. I will never go back to this store. I'd recommend anyone trying to use a poa and notary to go elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. I just mover to Washington from Louisiana, so I had to do multiple shipments and notarize lots of papers. Some of my documents were tricky, as they needed several witnesses and the notary couldn't be one of them. They were very flexible always letting me know when it would be the best time to come back. There could be pretty long lines, but staff is working fast, so I never stood in a line too long.

Very helpful, fast service. I also appreciated that all employees were following mask safety. I’m on chemo and had to leave the local UPS store as they were either wearing fake mesh masks or having them dangle from one ear. I’m glad I found this place!

I had been to 2 other nearby ship & print centers who were unable to help me print a resume from E-mail. Thus I arrived at Tumwater Pack & Ship for my 3rd attempt, frazzled and sure I would miss my upcoming interview. Enter Cori, who swiftly and expertly got my files reformatted and printed! I made it to my interview just in time, and was offered the job! Cori & Tumwater Pack & ship are my heroes today!

Shipping anything cross country can be a nerve raking experienceI just want to say that Rob and his staff care about your items as much as you do.. I appreciate the consideration of your company handling my signs 2458 miles later there in Ohio Thank you for caring by the way in packaging school is it a required course to place peanuts in everything shipped LOL
