Wendy works tirelessly for her clients and has a tendency to under promises and over deliver, leading to happy surprises on closing day. Wendy is amazing! We've worked with her on two home purchases now and both times she went above and beyond to help us get into our homes. I really can't praise her enough for all her hard work but I highly recommend going through her for a home loan. She has a fun personality and will make this experience as painless as possible.

Oh My God! What a find! My neighbor volunteered he just refinanced with the same broker for the 4th time and said they couldn't be beat. So less than 2 weeks ago, I contacted St Julien Home Loans and yesterday we closed on a VA refinance at 2.375%. 3 phone calls, 3 texts, two emails and one in-person signing later I'm saying to myself "WOW". Quick, cheap, thorough, no nonsense, reputable, efficient, enjoyable, did I say fast? Anyway, impressive enough to want to take the time to write a review and HIGHLY recommend these hard working folks.

Wendy at St. Julien Home Loans helped my wife and I a great rate on our new home and was patient, knowledgeable, and understanding in answering any and all of my questions along the way, no matter how ignorant. I recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for a great loan at a great rate. She does her job excellently with a smile and good humor to go along. 5/5 stars.
