Do not go here !! The guy with the purple towel on his head gave me nothing but attitude and pretended to not understand what I was asking for … fine I just won’t come again but why not get what I came for ? HUGE MISTAKE…..
As soon as I entered my pin for my card it instantly said declined????
I knew I have money ?♂️
I said on and went to leave but not before I accessed my bank account and there was the charge that the guy with the towel said was declined for .. I called the police and the owner instantly reversed the charge…
Beware of scammers with scanners .. see you soon buddy ?

Wish I didn't HAVE to leave astar. Can't rate something that I can't get in to. This is the 3rd time now...sign says open. NOBODY AROUND. Been waiting an hour...hopefully everyone is OK but if they aren't open 24/7then maybe they shouldn't say they are. Waste of my time and bad look on shell. Off to chevron I go

Overpriced gas, somewhat dirty looking store, exterior is showing its age too. Employees are prompt but not always friendly.

Don't come here in the morning expecting hot food or the store to even unlock their doors when they are supposed to be open. The sign is on but the doors are locked with customers piled up outside wanting in. This happens most every morning. 530 am open? Only if the girl remembers to unlock the door.But hey, who cares about customers any more?

Keeps the open light on and doors open but tells me they are closed at midnight. I leave and he looks at me through the window but still does not lock the door as another customer walks in 3 minutes later.

I'm not one that enjoys leaving reviews and this is actually the first review I've ever submitted at Google, but I thought it was necessary after the horrible experience at this particular gas station.While driving home from a long road trip, I made the unfortunate mistake of stopping here on the evening of Saturday, August 19th. Wanted to fill up, clean the windshield and grab a drink.After parking at one of the islands, I discovered that the container that's supposed to hold the liquid/cleaner solution was completely dry with spiderwebs inside. Which obviously shows that it had not been used in quite some time. I then walked to all the other islands at this station and discovered that every single container was dry and most of them missing the window squeegee.Then, after filling the tank, I wanted to get a receipt and the pump didn't have any paper. When I went inside to request a receipt, the cashier could not have been more unfriendly. Standing there glaring at me and did not utter a single, solitary word.Needless to say, I didn't bother to get a drink here since the cashier couldn't be bothered to say a simple "hello" or "thanks for coming in".This place really gives the Shell brand a bad name with a cashier that doesn't even appreciate my business and a station that is so poorly maintained.Ended up going across the street to the Chevron station and had a much more positive experience - very friendly cashier and clean, soapy solution in the window washing container as it should be.

Gas pump is leaking gas down the side of our car as we pump gas. None of the window washing stations have water. The staff noted the management will not pay for napkins in the store. Very poorly run gas station.

the dude that is currently at the register has the worst attitude i've ever seen in my life. line was super long, people waiting forever, he doesn't wanna ring anyone up. the people that were there before me were waiting much longer. then when he finally rings me up he throws my change (coins) at me... broooo chill. it's not my fault you work here.
