Cheated out of my money because the cashier doesn't know how to void a sale and re-ring it. Gas is already expensive enough and there's no point in going to a Shell if I can't use my rewards points there. "Sorry man, next time." Is not good enough. I can understand a mistake in skipping a screen, but not taking the few seconds to re-run the sale really has me steamed.

Always overcharged. Prices posted are not available. Cashier says he has to sell at price boss says, not what is posted. Also purchased a candy bar, 2+ YEARS past BB date. Wow, come on. Hire a professional to clean up and correct these serious problems.

My daughter went in there tonight 2/21/24 at 4:50pm during break time from 911 driving school across the street- the cashier looked at these 15 year old kids and immediately said “you guys better not steal anything” the children said “we’re not going to steal anything we’re with 911 driving school across the street.” My daughter and her best friend went down one aisle and the other 5 students went down the candy isle. All of them waited in line to pay for their items and were further harassed- the cashier said “is that the driving school with the old guy?” Which is just rude and out of line- he then made one of the students empty her pockets; which did NOT have anything in them. This sort of profiling is really disheartening. My daughter is a great student. She is also timid and awkward (15 years old), and this sort of interaction was not only unacceptable, it was completely inappropriate.Shame on that cashier for embarrassing a group of kids just trying to spend their allowance at Shell- I will not be getting gas there again and needless to say my daughter will spend her allowance elsewhere.

One of the dirtiest gas stations in town. Dusty inside and it just looks like everything's been there a while. Half the pumps are down outside not worth stopping when there's 5 other gas stations within 3 miles of this place

$5.19 for gas. No squeegees Charging king size prices for a regular size candy bar. You do the math.

The guy who works in the morning has a major attitude problem. Constantly rude. It seems like the owner doesn't care since there's have been multiple reviews regarding the morning worker.

I went into this store yesterday 12/23/2022 between 345pm-4pm. I purchased 1 pack of cigarettes ($11) and 1 Bic lighter. Total came out to less than $13. The cashier did not give me a receipt. I looked at my bank account and they charged my card $40.16!!! I've attempted calling this store but their phone doesn't even ring. 2 days before christmas and have had to freeze my bank account due to this. Be very cautious going to this location!!! I will never return here.

Always has the best staff, nice friendly people. The coolers are set a little high so if you want a beer, you're going to want to buy it then put it in the fridge for awhile.

Parking lot is always nasty, cigarette butts all over and trash. Cashiers will ignore you for minutes and the the shelves are empty all the time. Send help haha

I have never been treated more rudely at any place of commerce in my entire life. The cashier was quite possibly the nastiest person I have encountered in my entire life. Half the gas pumps were not working. The station inside was 3rd world country filthy, and they were not allowing people to wash their hands or use their bathrooms (in today’s COVID world this makes buying and eating food desirable).This place is unhealthy and unhappy, get your gas and good and drinks somewhere else!!!!
