Went in with a friend for a pedicure. They never showed us a menu, just did the base pedicure. Their color selection was very limited. The person that did my pedicure didn’t remove all of my old polish and did a poor paint job (uneven coverage, polish on cuticles, polish on skin), and when I asked them to fix it they said it was too late (they hadn't done the top coat yet). They then told me they'd be back to put on the top coat amd started a new client. I had to ask for someone to finish the job.
I won't be back.

unfortunately, it was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had, one side of my hair is inches longer than the other.

Gel manicure, very smooth and quick appointment. Fair price of $40 for the gel manicure. Will return!

I asked for the 60 minute organic pedicure. Don’t think they used any different products… but not really sure. It only last 30 minutes. She did only charge me $40 instead of $50. So I guess that is good…
But then I got an ingrown toenail after!! ? It is painful and I am not very happy about that. ?

Not clean. Manicurist was not prepared to start the appointment even though salon was not busy . She kept looking for things and leaving the station to go fetch the tool.. Bottom line is -.the simple manicure was not skillfully done , in fact the manicurist damaged my healthy nails. The disposable file was not new and instruments were not sterilized. I will never go back .

I used to love this salon but each time I go back the service gets worse and worse.
I never write reviews- let alone bad ones but this one is necessary.
I politely requested she do something different and the lady got mad at me. Started being really sassy and talking rude about me to her co workers and wasn’t even trying to hide it. She damaged my nails so much and I did not feel comfortable at all. I did not feel like I was a paying customer, more like a burden. Never going back to this salon, I have given them too many chances.

Everyone was so nice! The man on the phone taking appointments was very kind and welcoming. Holly did my nails, was super at helping me find color & did a great job. Lisa was equally kind and had great attention to detail. Recommending this place and will be back!

I went for the hot stone pedicure. I don’t like getting paint on my nails, but I wanted to take care of my feet after a long winter. I felt the massage was rushed and not very relaxing, but it was clean and my feet look better so far. The massage chair was nice. I wish the massage had been slower and more thoughtful instead of just fast motions. The price didn’t feel really worth it for what I got, but I’m sure they do a good job with painting if that’s what you’re looking for. 4 stars because it wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t what I hoped it would be

1st haircut was great. 2nd haircut was shaved past my hair line. That's one of the first things I say. Cut the back as short as you can without shaving my neck. So disappointing.

Yesterday was my first time there. Holly is amazing!!!!!!! She showed me a couple different ways she could do my nails. She listened to my on the length of my nails and the shape. After she did my nails she put lotion on my hand and did a little hand massage. I have arthritis in both hands and it was nice not to hurt for a while after she did that. It was a relaxing place to be. I definitely will go back. It's nice to walk in somewhere and see smiles and having friendly people greet you. I highly recommend this place

My friend recommended SalonSpa to me as I’m both new to Olympia. I don’t regularly get my nails done, but wanted to do something special for my wedding. SalonSpa did an outstanding job and at a completely reasonable price!
