“Today, I had to mail a large package and to return several items to Amazon. I had flagged and pinned the return codes on my email account but they didn't show on the mobile account. Thankfully, I was helped by a young clerk named Elaine and she was so patient, kind, professional, and awesome! She guided me through using the Amazon app, which I never use and we were able to find the return codes. As an elder who'd forgotten her glasses, I so appreciated her helping me through the payment process as well. Elaine is a real credit to UPS and to this store.”

Visiting my cousins in Toledo, WA, from The Netherlands, I came into your store late on Sunday afternoon/April 14th to have a 50+-page family history notebook photocopied that afternoon prior to flying back to Amsterdam the following day. Aspen was working alone. She handled positively and courteously each customer who came to her for services despite the fact that she was more than occupied with the copying of my 50+-page document (with its irregular pages and color inserts as well as both single-sided and double-sided pages).
My cousin and I were there for almost two hours. Aspen completed the project; I paid the charge at 17:47; and we left the store just before closing time at 18:00. Aspen was courteous, diligent and very pleasant the entire time. She showed no impatience or frustration despite being on her own and having to simultaneously handle multiple customers, as so many employees (in my experience) would have done.
Aspen is a jewel for your organization and an excellent representative for Office Depot. Please convey my appreciation and compliments. Most importantly: Take good care of her!
