Horrible . Zero stars. One of the employees named Wade was test driving an 18 wheeler. His front wheel spikes went into my lane and tore up the side of my car. I remained respectful and calm. Wade said he was test driving the 18 wheeler. He never even apologized. The owner Leo Brutsche met up with him so I calmly told him that it was rude and disrespectful that Wade never apologized and all he said was " I understand". He never apologized either. On top of that false insurance info was given to the state trooper. Horribly rude people

Great group of mechanics. Under quoted the work, was elated with the service and the price. Definitely recommend! They didn't try to upsale or suggest parts that they didn't think needed attention. I trust them explicitly.

Unfortunately, my experience with Olympic Truck Service was not a positive one. Firstly, I was disappointed to find that their pricing was overpriced and included hidden fees that were not communicated upfront. As a suggestion, CHECK your estimates. They will stuff 10% because they want to. When confronted, Pam had no explanation why they added the extra 10%. This was frustrating as I felt like I was being taken advantage of and did not appreciate the lack of transparency.Additionally, I found their communication to be lacking. It was difficult to get in touch with the team and when I did, they were not very responsive or helpful in answering my questions or concerns. This made the overall experience very stressful and unpleasant.Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend Olympic Truck Service to others. Their overpriced and hidden fees, as well as lack of communication, suggest that they may not be a trustworthy or reliable company to work with. I hope that they take steps to improve their service for future customers.Services: Transmission

They tried to rip me up off by charging outrageous prices with labor rate of 500 an hour. Then giving me a price quote of 14,000 dollars with parts at 300.00.
