Old man McDermott warned us not to trespass but the more he dissuaded us, the more fervor we collected. It was about 11 at night. The air was dead. The three of us took a little bottle of whiskey and crawled in through some bent up boards. Just a little beam of moonlight fought against the abject darkness. And there, the female spirit stood. It was intensely malodorous. Everything else was imperceptible. The stench overtook all other senses in those last few moments. Oh god if I could only recall the rest. The head wounds brought two of us to the grave . McDermott wasn’t lyin’.

this place has been shut down and caught on fire and somebody died while stealing wire from the building I guess the security guard don't like tweakers and turned on the electricity! that's the room I've heard anyway

Great veiws from inside tumwater falls park, amazing old buildings, it's a shame no one has bought and fixed this property.
